 1. [ SATISFIED ] - PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING
 PERMIT, AN INFORMAL SITE PLAN REVIEW APPLICATION SHALL
 BE APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES ? PLANNING
 DIVISION. SUCH APPLICATION IS CURRENTLY IN-PROCESS AND
 IS PENDING VARIANCES FROM THE CITY?S ZONING BOARD OF
 APPEALS. ALL VARIANCES WILL NEED TO BE APPROVED PRIOR
 TO APPROVAL OF THE SITE PLAN REVIEW.
  
 2. [ PARTIALLY SATISFIED ] - A SITE PLAN SHALL BE
 PROVIDED SHOWING THE LOCATION OF THE PROPOSED
 CONSTRUCTION AS WELL AS ALL REQUIRED SITE DATA, AS
 OUTLINED IN THE CITY?S DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION. A SITE
 PLAN WAS PREPARED FOR THE INFORMAL SITE PLAN REVIEW
 APPLICATION BY SCHMIDT NICHOLS.
  
  2.1 [ NEW COMMENT ] - THERE ARE NOW TWO (2) DIFFERENT
 SITE PLANS INCLUDED IN THE SET OF PLANS. PLEASE CHOOSE
 ONE TO BE THE OFFICIAL SITE PLAN.
  
  2.2 [ NEW COMMENT ] - THE SITE PLAN FROM SCHMIDT
 NICHOLS THAT WAS PROVIDED DOES NOT MATCH THE SCOPE OF
 THE OTHER PLANS IN THE PERMIT SUBMITTAL. THE SITE PLAN
 ON PROVIDES FOR PHASE 1, WHICH IS SHOWN AS A COVERED
 PLATFORM. HOWEVER, THE PLANS IN THE PERMIT SUBMITTAL
 SHOW THE ENTIRE STORAGE BUILDING, ETC. WHICH IS PHASE 2
 ON THE SITE PLAN. ENSURE THAT ALL PLANS ARE CONSISTEN
 WITH THE SCOPE OF WORK, DETAILS, ETC.
  
 3. [ NOT SATISFIED ] - LANDSCAPE PLANS SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED WITH A SEPARATE PERMIT APPLICATION. LANDSCAPE
 PLANS WERE PREPARED BY SCHMIDT NICHOLS FOR THE INFORMAL
 SITE PLAN REVIEW APPLICATION.
