 1A) SEMI- COMPLIED. THE RESPONSE NARRATIVE INDICATES
 THE STORAGE BUILDING HAS BEEN ELIMINATED FROM THIS
 PROJECT DUE TO BUDGET CRITERIA. IN ALL OF THE TRADES
 THERE ARE PLANS THAT STILL SHOW THE STORAGE BUILDING IN
 THE PLANS, ARCHITECTURAL SHEETS, STRUCTURAL SHEETS
 ELECTRICAL SHEETS AND MECHANICAL. IF THEY ARE NO LONGER
 TO BE USED PLEASE VOID OUT THE SHEETS. THEY THEN WILL
 BE PULLED BEFORE THE PERMIT IS ISSUED.
  
 1B) 2ND REQUEST WE WILL STILL NEED FLOOD ELEVATION
 CERTIFICATES AND WITHIN THE FLOOD ELEVATION CERTIFICATE
 THE EXPLANATION AS TO HOW OR WHY YOU CAN BUILD BELOW
 THE FREEBOARD OF 2 FEET. FBC BUILDING 1612 AND CITY OF
 WPB CODE OF SECTION 94-546. STRUCTURE IS LOCATED IN AN
 "AE? FLOOD ZONE WITH BFE @ 12.2 FEET. A FLOOD ELEVATION
 CERTIFICATE WILL BE REQUIRED. PLEASE REVIEW CITY
 ORDINANCE FOR THE CITY REQUIREMENTS AFTER OCT. 11/ 2017
 AN ADDITIONAL ONE FOOT OF FREE BOARD WILL BE REQUIRED
 OR (2) FEET ABOVE BASE FLOOD.
 AFTER OCT. 11/ 2017 THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT WILL HAVE
 ADOPTED THE NEW FLOOD MAPS AND ALSO IN TOUGHS MAPS THE
 NAVD 88 ELEVATIONS. YOU CAN GO TO THE WEBSITE:

 CONVERSIONS.
 DURING THE PERMITTING OF THIS STRUCTURE THERE WILL BE
 REQUIRED (3) DIFFERENT FLOOD ZONE CERTIFICATES
 REQUIRED:
 1B) (1) A FLOOD ZONE CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED AS PART OF
 THE PLAN REVIEW DOCUMENTS WITH THE PROPOSED FINISH
 FLOOR HEIGHT. W. P. B. ADMINISTRATIVE CODE 107.3.5.1.1
 BUILDING MINIMUM PLAN REVIEW CRITERIA FOR COMMERCIAL
 BUILDINGS. (8) FLOOD REQUIREMENTS ELEVATIONS,
 ENCLOSURES, FLOOD DAMAGE-RESISTANT MATERIALS.
  
 1B) (2) ONCE THE FIRST FLOOR SLAB IS POURED THE 2ND
 ELEVATION CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED. W. P. B.
 ADMINISTRATIVE CODE 110.3 REQUIRED INSPECTIONS 1.2
 FLOOR/ SLAB INSPECTION. IN FLOOD HAZARD AREAS, UPON
 PLACEMENT OF THE LOWEST FLOOR, INCLUDING BASEMENT, AND
 PRIOR TO FURTHER VERTICAL CONSTRUCTION, THE ELEVATION
 CERTIFICATION, REQUIRED IN SECTION 1612.5, SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED TO THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 1B) (3) BEFORE THE ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF
 OCCUPANCY OR A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION THE 3RD FLOOD
 ZONE CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED WITH THE HEIGHT OF ALL
 EXTERIOR ATTENDANTS A/C PADS OR OTHER SLABS FOR
 GENERATORS.
 W. P. B. ADMINISTRATIVE CODE 110.3 REQUIRED INSPECTIONS
 (6) FINAL INSPECTION. TO BE MADE AFTER THE BUILDING IS
 COMPLETED AND READY FOR OCCUPANCY. 6.1. LOWEST FLOOR
 ELEVATION. IN FLOOD HAZARD AREAS, AS PART OF THE FINAL
 INSPECTION, A FINAL CERTIFICATION OF THE LOWEST FLOOR
 ELEVATION SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE AUTHORITY HAVING
 JURISDICTION.
  
 2) 2ND REQUEST. PLEASE SUBMIT THE SOILS REPORT, EITHER
 IN AN ELECTRONIC VERSION OR IF PAPER AN ORIGINAL WITH
 SIGNATURE AND SEAL. NO SOILS REPORT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED
 FOR THIS REVIEW. THE SHEET S-4 UNDER THE HEADING OF
 FOUNDATION STATES THAT SITE PREPARATION & EXCAVATION
 WORK IS TO BE PREPARED IN STRICT ACCORDANCE WITH THE
 RECOMMENDATIONS ON THE SOILS AND FOUNDATIONS
 INVESTIGATION PREPARED BY AN APPROVED TESTING
 LABORATORY PRIOR TO FOUNDATION WORK.
 2017 FBC-B SECTION 1803.5.2 QUESTIONABLE SOIL. WHERE
 THE CLASSIFICATION, STRENGTH OR COMPRESSIBILITY OF THE
 SOIL IS IN DOUBT OR WHERE A LOAD-BEARING VALUE SUPERIOR
 TO THAT SPECIFIED IN THIS CODE IS CLAIMED, THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL SHALL BE PERMITTED TO REQUIRE THAT A
 GEOTECHNICAL INVESTIGATION BE CONDUCTED.
  
 3-5) COMPLIED/ NO LONGER IN THE SCOPE OF WORK.

 2010 (31) SUB-CATEGORY OF PRODUCTS OR CONSTRUCTION
 SYSTEMS THAT WILL REQUIRE PRODUCT APPROVALS:
 (31) (D) ROOFING PRODUCTS AND ASSEMBLIES. THREE ARE
 STILL (2) ROOFING PRODUCT APPROVALS WITH THE PERMIT
 PACKAGE, WHICH IS TO BE USED FOR THE COVERED PLATFORM?
  
 7) 2ND REQUEST. THE NARRATIVE INDICATES NOTED ON SHEET
 A-1? WHERE. 107.3.4.2 DEFERRED SUBMITTALS. FOR THE
 PURPOSES OF THIS SECTION, DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ARE
 DEFINED AS THOSE PORTIONS OF THE DESIGN THAT ARE NOT
 SUBMITTED AT THE TIME OF THE APPLICATION AND THAT ARE
 TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE BUILDING OFFICIAL WITHIN A
 SPECIFIED PERIOD. DEFERRAL OF ANY SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL
 HAVE THE PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. THE
 REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE
 SHALL LIST THE DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ON THE CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS FOR REVIEW BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 DOCUMENTS FOR DEFERRED SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED TO THE REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN
 RESPONSIBLE CHARGE WHO SHALL REVIEW THEM AND FORWARD
 THEM TO THE BUILDING OFFICIAL WITH A NOTATION
 INDICATING THAT THE DEFERRED SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS HAVE
 BEEN REVIEWED AND FOUND TO BE IN GENERAL CONFORMANCE TO
 THE DESIGN OF THE BUILDING. THE DEFERRED SUBMITTAL
 ITEMS SHALL NOT BE INSTALLED UNTIL THE DEFERRED
 SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN APPROVED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL.
  
 8) 2ND REQUEST. FOR ALL ROOFING PRODUCTS PLEASE
 IDENTIFY ALL ROOFING SUB-SYSTEMS AND THEIR ASSOCIATED
 PRESSURES FOR ROOF ZONE # 1. REVIEW THE PRODUCT
 APPROVAL LIMITATIONS, IF ENHANCED FASTENING IS ALLOWED
 FOR ROOF ZONES 2 & 3. FASTENER DENSITIES SHALL BE
 INCREASED FOR BOTH INSULATION & THE BASE SHEET AS
 CALCULATED IN COMPLIANCE WITH ROOFING APPLICATION
 STANDARDS RAS 117. CALCULATION PREPARED, SIGNED AND
 SEALED BY A FLORIDA REGISTERED PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER OR
 REGISTERED ARCHITECT. 1609.6.4.4.1 COMPONENTS &
 CLADDING.
  
 9) NEW COMMENT. THE NARRATIVE RESPONSE TO (COMMENT 1A)
 INDICATES THE REMAINING BLOCK WALL (BACKDROP) IS TO BE
 12 INCH CMU WALL. THERE APPEARS TO BE A DISCREPANCY IN
 THE THICKNESS OF THIS WALL.
 THE FOUNDATION SHEET S1 INDICATES THE WALL AS MW-1.
 SHEET S2 THE MASONRY WALL SCHEDULE ALSO INDICATES THIS
 WALL (MW-1) TO BE 12 INCH CMU. SHEET A-1 REFERS TO THE
 BACKDROP WALL AS 12 INCH REINFORCED CMU.
 THE FOUNDATION SHEET S-1 SHOWS A CUT SECTION FOR THIS
 WALL DETAIL 6/S-3. THERE IS NO DETAIL FOR THE BACKDROP
 WALL ON THIS SHEET, S-3 IS THE ROOF FRAMING PLAN WHICH
 STILL SHOWS THE STORAGE BUILDING AS PART OF THIS
 PERMIT. THERE IS ANOTHER WALL SECTION INDICATED ON THE
 BACKDROP WALL FOR SHEET S-3 DETAIL 2 ON SHEET S-7.
 SHEET S-7 DETAIL 2 SHOWS WALL (MW-1) AS AN 8 INCH CMU
 WALL. DISCREPANCY IN THE PLANS. PLEASE COORDINATE ALL
 OF THE DETAILS TO BE THE SAME. 107.2.1.2. ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 10) IMPACT FEES - DIGITAL SUBMITTALS: PLANS WILL BE
 REVIEWED BY THE PBC IMPACT FEE OFFICE DIGITALLY VIA
 PROJECT DOX UPON NOTIFICATION BY THIS OFFICE.
 NOTIFICATION MAY OCCUR WHEN PLANS ARE NEAREST FINAL
 FORM. YOU MAY COORDINATE WITH THE IMPACT FEE OFFICE AT
 (561) 233-5025 OR SIMPLY UPLOAD THE MUNICIPAL IMPACT
 FEE QUESTIONNAIRE FORM TO YOUR PROJECT AND NAME THE
 FILE MUNICIPAL IMPACT FEE QUESTIONNAIRE. THE FORM CAN
