 CODE: FBC 6TH EDITION (2017) AND CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 1- PROVIDE DRAINAGE PLAN SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 FOLLOWING:
 SEC. R401.3 FBC-RESIDENTIAL (DRAINAGE).
 SEC. 107.2.5 CITY AMENDMENTS (SITE PLAN).
 SEC. 110.9 CITY AMENDMENTS (IMPACT OF CONSTRUCTION).
  
 2- DESIGN PARAMETERS ON SHEET 3.1:
 A)ENGINEER OF RECORD IS SPECIFYING CONSTRUCTION TYPE
 IIIB. ACCORDING TO TABLE 601 FBC TYPE III CONSTRUCTION
 REQUIRES TWO HOURS FIRE RESISTANCE ON ALL EXTERIOR
 BEARING WALLS. PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS SHOWING HOW THE EXTERIOR WALLS PROVIDE 2
 HOUR FIRE RATING. AND , PROVIDE MANUFACTURER'S
 SPECIFICATION FOR TWO HOUR FIRE RATED CONCRETE BLOCK.
 NOTE: TYPICALLY ONE AND TWO FAMILY STRUCTURES ARE
 CONSTRUCTION TYPE VB. CLARIFY WHY SPECIFYING
 CONSTRUCTION TYPE IIIB.
  
 B) ROOF LOADS ARE NOT CLEAR. DOES THE TOTAL ROOF LIVE
 INCLUDE THE TOP AND BOTTOM TRUSS CHORDS?.
 AND, DOES THE TOTAL ROOF DEAD LOAD INCLUDE THE TOP AND
 BOTTOM TRUSS CHORDS? ENGINEER OF RECORD TO CLARIFY.
 CLEARLY SPECIFY THE TOP AND BOTTOM LIVE AND DEAD CHORDS
 TO AVOID CONFLICTS/DELAYS. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
  
 3- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO SPECIFY INSULATION ON WALL
 BETWEEN THE NEW MASTER BEDROOM AND NEW STORAGE AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. R103.2 AND R103.2.1 FBC-ENERGY
 CONSERVATION.
  
 4- A)DESIGN PRESSURES SHOWN FOR NEW MASTER BEDROOM
 DOUBLE DOORS AND NEW FAMILY ROOM SINGLE DOOR DON'T
 CORRESPOND TO THE EFFECTIVE WIND AREA SHOWN ON
 COMPONENTS AND CLADDING DESIGN PRESSURES ON SHEET 5.1.
 REVISE AS REQUIRED. SEE SIZE OF DOORS AND REVISE AS
 REQUIRED.
  
 B) GARAGE DOORS DESIGN PRESSURES SHOWN ON THE
 COMPONENTS AND CLADDING DESIGN PRESSURES ON SHEET 5.1
 DON'T CORRESPOND TO THE ONES SHOWN ON TABLE 301.2(4)
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL WHEN MULTIPLIED BY THE COEFFICIENT FOR
 EXPOSURE "C". SEE TABLE R301.2(3) FBC-RESIDENTIAL AND
 REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 5- ENERGY CALCULATIONS SUBMITTED:
 A) THE ENERGY FORM R405-2017 IS REQUIRED TO BE
 CERTIFIED AT THE BOTTOM BY THE OWNER OR OWNER?S LEGALLY
 DESIGNATED AGENT AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R103.1.1.2
 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION, 6TH EDITION (2017).
  
 B)PROVIDE COMPLETE INFORMATION ON TOP OF FORM,
 INCLUDING BUILDER NAME. SEC. R101.5.1.1.2 FBC-ENERGY
 CONSERVATION.
  
 C) WALL TYPES ITEM #9 IS MISSING THE INFORMATION FOR
 THE WALL BETWEEN THE NEW MASTER BEDROOM AND THE NEW
 STORAGE. SEC. R101.5.1.1.2 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION.
  
 D) REVISE ROOF MATERIAL SPECIFIED ON PAGE 2 OF 4 TO
 MATCH PLANS AND PRODUCT APPROVAL SUBMITTED. THIS IS NOT
 SHINGLES. SEC. R101.5.1.1.2 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION.
  
 E) REVISE THE ATTIC VENT RATIO ON PAGE 2 OF 4. THE
 RATIO IS 1/150 NOT 1/300. SEE SEC. R806.2
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. OR, PERSON PREPARING THE ENERGY
 CALCULATIONS TO PROVIDE COMPLETE DOCUMENTATION SHOWING
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE 1/300 RATIO AS REQUIRED BY THE
 EXCEPTION ON SEC. R806.2.
  
 6- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO SPECIFY ROOF TILE FASTENING IN
 THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS. SEC. 107.2.1.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS. IF SPECIFYING ROOF TILE ADHESIVE, THEN
 SPECIFY PADDY SIZE AND PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL. IF
 SPECIFYING SCREWS, THEN SPECIFY SCREW SIZE AND NUMBER
 OF SCREWS.
  
 7-PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 FAC 61G20-3.001 FOR:
 A)WINDOW MULLIONS AS SHOWN ON PLANS. AND REQUIRED:
 CLEARLY SPECIFY MULLION SIZE TO BE USED TO VERIFY
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE CALCULATED DESIGN PRESSURES.
  
 B)FIXED WINDOWS. PROVIDE FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL COVER
 PAGE THAT CORRESPONDS TO DRAWINGS SUBMITTED. COVER PAGE
 SUBMITTED IS FOR MANY DIFFERENT PRODUCT APPROVAL
 NUMBERS. UNABLE TO IDENTIFY THE ONE THAT CORRESPONDS TO
 DRAWING SUBMITTED.
  
 C) ROOF TILE ADHESIVE IF SPECIFIED BY THE ENGINEER OF
 RECORD. SEE ROOF TILE NOA SUBMITTED FOR LISTED
 ADHESIVES. AND CLEARLY MARK PADDY SIZE AS REQUIRED BY
 CITY POLICY FOR ALL ROOFING PERMITS.
  
 D) DOUBLE DOORS AS SHOWN FOR NEW STORAGE.
  
 8- DESIGNER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS
  
 9- PROVIDE SURVEY OR SITE PLAN SHOWING LOCATION OF
 ADDITION, PROPERTY LINES, SETBACKS AS REQUITED BY SEC.
 107.3.5.3 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 10- FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND
 SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE
 STRUCTURAL, ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR
 FINISH, RELATIVE SITE WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN
 FEES, MARKETING COSTS, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING
 ONLY LAND VALUE. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE
 LATEST PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST
 ANALYSIS SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.), AS
 PUBLISHED BY INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS. VALUATION WAS
 UPDATED TO $241,657. THE PERMIT FEE BALANCE IS
 $4339.51.
