 THE SCOPE OF THIS REVIEW IS LIMITED TO THE FOUNDATION
 OF THE BUILDING AND THE SURROUNDING SITE WORK. COMMENTS
 RELATING TO THE BUILDING WILL BE ISSUED SEPARATELY WITH
 THE BUILDING PERMIT REVIEW. PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN
 RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. PLEASE CLARIFY WHY A DIFFERENT SITE PLAN WAS
 DEVELOPED FOR PERMITTING, AS OPPOSED TO USING THE SITE
 PLAN PREPARED BY SCHMIDT NICHOLS, WHICH WAS APPROVED BY
 THE CITY COMMISSION? THE SITE PLAN SUBMITTED FOR
 PERMITTING DOES NOT MATCH THAT WHICH WAS APPROVED AND A
 SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF INFORMATION IS NOW MISSING.
  
 2. PLEASE REMOVE THE LANDSCAPE PLANS FROM THE
 FOUNDATION PERMIT SUBMITTAL AS THE LANDSCAPE PLANS ARE
 TO BE SUBMITTED UNDER A SEPARATE PERMIT APPLICATION.
  
 3. PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION NO. 98-17 (CENTREPARK
 AFFORDABLE AND WORKFORCE HOUSING POLICY), THE DEVELOPER
 SHALL CONTRIBUTE $150 PER DWELLING UNIT TO THE CITY?S
 WORKFORCE HOUSING TRUST FUND UPON OBTAINING SITE PLAN
 APPROVAL. PLEASE PROVIDE PROOF THAT SUCH CONTRIBUTION
 HAS BEEN SATISFIED.
  
 4. CIVIL PLANS DO NOT REFLECT THE SCOPE OF WORK THAT IS
 REQUIRED WITHIN THE CENTREPARK DRIVE RIGHT-OF-WAY,
 INCLUDING THE PROVISION OF ON-STREET PARKING, PROTECTED
 BIKE LANE, ETC.
  
 5. THE CIVIL PLANS INDICATE THAT DRAINAGE IS OCCURRING
 OFF-SITE WITHIN THE CENTREPARK?S POA PARCEL LOCATED AT
 THE CORNER OF AUSTRALIAN AVENUE AND CENTREPARK DRIVE.
 PLEASE PROVIDE PROOF OF AN EASEMENT.
  
 6. THE FLOOR PLANS DO NOT MATCH THAT WHICH WAS APPROVED
 BY THE CITY COMMISSION (RESOLUTION NO. 22-19). ALL
 PLANS SUBMITTED FOR PERMITTING SHALL BE CONSISTENT WITH
 THE APPROVED PLANS. MODIFICATIONS TO THE APPROVED PLANS
 SHALL REQUIRE AN AMENDMENT TO THE CENTREPARK COMMERCIAL
 PLANNED DEVELOPMENT (CPD). ONE AREA OF SPECIFIC CONCERN
 IS THE FRONT STOOPS LEADING INTO THE GROUND FLOOR
 UNITS/ENTRANCES. STEPS/STOOPS ENCROACHING INTO THE
 SETBACK SHALL NOT EXCEED THREE (3) FEET IN HEIGHT.
 PLEASE CONFIRM THAT ALL STEPS/STOOPS ENCROACHING INTO
 THE SETBACK ARE LESS THAN THREE (3) FEET IN HEIGHT.

 MATERIALS MAY RESULT IN NEW PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS.
