 CONSTRUCTION OF THE GRATES. SEE SEC. 2.7.2.1 ASCE/SEI
 24-14.
 NOTE: TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION ACCESS TO THE CREATED
 CRAWL SPACE.
 2- REVISE/CLARIFY "CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS" ELEVATION
 CERTIFICATE. SEE REDLINED ELEVATION CERTIFICATE.
 ADDITIONAL ELEVATION CERTIFICATES WILL BE REQUIRED FOR
 BUILDING UNDER CONSTRUCTION AND FINISHED CONSTRUCTION.
 3- SURVEYOR'S NOTE #13 SPECIFIES BASE FLOOD ELEVATION
