 A) REVISE SIZE OF GRATE SHOWN ON THE ENLARGED GRATE
 DETAIL. IT SHOULD BE 4.75' NOT 14.75' AND SPECIFY SIZE
 OF OPENINGS. NOT LESS THAN 3" MIN. SEC. 2.7.2.1
 ASCE/SEI 24-14.
 2- PROVIDE COMPLETE/REVISED PROPOSED "CONSTRUCTION
 DRAWINGS" ELEVATION CERTIFICATE. ADDITIONAL ELEVATION
 CERTIFICATES WILL BE REQUIRED FOR BUILDING UNDER
 CONSTRUCTION AND FINISHED CONSTRUCTION.
 NOTE: GARAGE IS CONSIDERED AN ATTACHED GARAGE.
 3- SURVEYOR'S NOTE #13 SPECIFIES BASE FLOOD ELEVATION
 OF 12.7 FEET. SPECIFY IF N.A.V.D 1988 OR N.G.V.D 1929.
 4- BASED ON THE HEIGHT OF THE BUILDING, A BARRIER AND
 COVERED WALKWAY FOR PROTECTION OF PEDESTRIANS WILL BE
 REQUIRED. SEC. 3306.1 FBC-BUILDING.
