 PROFESSIOAL WHO IS FAMILIAR WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF

 MATCH THE EXISTING FLOOR PLAN ORIENTATION. FBC 107.1
  
 3) PROVIDE DETAIL MEARSUREMENTS SHOWING NEW DOUBLE
 SINKS WILL COMPLY WITH FHA 7.48 AND MAX CABINET HEIGHT
 WILL BE 34" FHA 7.52
  
 4) PROVIDE PLAN SHOWING ALL REQUIRED CLEAR FLOR SPACES
 AND APPROCH AS REQUIRED IN FHA CHAPTER 7B
  
 5) YOUR PLAN SHOW THE SHOWER @ 42" WHICH IS 6" WIDER
 THEN THE EXISTING TUB. TOILETS ARE REQUIRED TO BE A
 18"MIN FROM THE GRAB BAR SIDE AND 15" ON THE SINK SIDE
 OVERALL MIN 33". FHA 7.43
  
 6) SHOWERS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO BE ADJACENT TO A TOILET
 IN A FHA BATHROOM. FHA 7.44
