 CODE: FBC 6TH EDITION (2017) AND CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 1- PROPOSED WINDOWS ON REAR BEDROOM LOCATED NEXT TO THE
 REAR BATHROOM DON'T COMPLY WITH THE EGRESS
 REQUIREMENTS. SEC. 702.5 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING CODE.
 NOTE: ACCORDING TO GOGGLE STREET VIEW IT LOOKS LIKE
 THIS HOUSE USED TO HAVE HORIZONTAL SLIDING WINDOWS NOT
 SINGLE HUNG WINDOWS. REPLACEMENT OF HORIZONTAL SLIDING
 WINDOW TO TWO SINGLE HUNG WINDOWS SIZE SHOWN ON PLANS
 WILL REDUCE THE CLEAR OPENING SIZE. THEREFORE, THEY
 DON'T COMPLY. REVISE PLANS AS REQUIRED. REPLACE WINDOWS
 WITH THE LARGEST HORIZONTAL SLIDING WINDOWS SIZE THAT
 WILL FIT ON THE EXISTING OPENING OR MAKE OPENING LARGER
 TO INSTALL THE PROPOSED SINGLE HUNG WINDOW SIZE THAT
 MEETS THE EGRESS REQUIREMENTS.
  
 2- DESIGNER OF RECORD TO SPECIFY ON PLANS THE R-VALUE
 FOR THE EXTERIOR WALLS AND CEILING THAT FORM PART OF
 THE BUILDING THERMAL ENVELOPE AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 R103.2 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION.
 NOTE: PLANS AND ENERGY CALCULATIONS TO BE COORDINATED
 TO AVOID CONFLICTS/DELAYS.
  
 3- REVISE ENERGY CALCULATIONS SUBMITTED:
 A)PROVIDE COMPLETE AND CORRECT INFORMATION ON TOP OF
 FORM. PERMIT OFFICE IS CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH NOT FT
 PIERCE. THIS JURISDICTION NUMBER IS 604700 NO 661100.
 PROVIDE THE NAME OF THE OWNER AND THE BUILDER. SEC.
 R101.5.1.1.2 FBC- ENERGY CONSERVATION.
  
 B) REVISE ITEM #1. THIS IS NOT NEW CONSTRUCTION. IT'S
 EXISTING. SEC. R101.5.1.1.2 FBC- ENERGY CONSERVATION.
  
 C)PROVIDE WINDOWS AND DOORS MANUFACTURER'S
 SPECIFICATIONS SHOWING THE U-FACTOR AND SHGC FACTOR
 SPECIFIED ON THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS ON ITEM #7 ON PAGE
 1 OF 4 AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R405.4.3 FBC-ENERGY
 CONSERVATION. NOTE: COORDINATE WITH PLANS AND PRODUCT
 APPROVALS SUBMITTED TO AVOID CONFLICTS/DELAYS.
  
 D)PROVIDE THE NAME OF PERSON PERFORMING THE ANALYSIS
 AND GENERATING THE REPORT AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 R405.4.2.1 FBC- ENERGY CONSERVATION.
  
 E)REVISE THE DOORS INFORMATION SHOWN ON PAGE 3 OF 4 TO
 MATCH PLANS. REVISE ORIENTATION TO MATCH PLANS. SEC.
 R101.5.1.1.2 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION.
  
 F) REVISE THE WINDOWS INFORMATION SHOWN ON PAGE 3 OF 4
 TO MATCH PLANS. REVISE ORIENTATION, FRAME MATERIAL,
 AREA AND OVERHANG DEPTH AND SEPARATION TO MATCH PLANS.

 NOTE:
 LABEL FOR WINDOWS AND DOORS SHOWING THE U-FACTOR AND
 SHGC FACTOR IS REQUIRED WHEN THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS
 ARE NOT USING THE DEFAULT FACTOR.
  
 4- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 FAC 61G20.3.001 FOR:
 A) WINDOW MULLIONS AS SHOWN ON PLANS. AND REQUIRED:
 CLEARLY SPECIFY MULLION SIZE TO BE USED TO VERIFY
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE CALCULATED DESIGN PRESSURES.
  
 B) SINGLE HUNG PRODUCT APPROVAL SUBMITTED IS
 INCOMPLETE. NEED TO PROVIDE COMPLETE FLORIDA PRODUCT
 APPROVAL (2 COPIES), INCLUDING THE FLORIDA PRODUCT
 APPROVAL COVER PAGE THAT CORRESPONDS TO THE DRAWINGS
 SUBMITTED. THE FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL IS REQUIRED
 BECAUSE IT SHOWS IF PRODUCT IS APPROVED AND CURRENT
 CODE IN EFFECT.
  
 C) HORIZONTAL SLIDING WINDOW IF USED. COORDINATE WITH
 COMMENT #1 ABOVE.
  
 5- DESIGNER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 6- PLEASE NOTE THAT SUBMITTAL OF ADDITIONAL AND/OR
 REVISED MATERIALS MAY RESULT IN NEW PLAN REVIEW
 COMMENTS.
 WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION &
 REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
