2019-09-24 14:12:31ON 9/20/19 I SPOKE WITH THE PROPERTY OWNER NJIDEKA
 EDWARDS REGARDING THE LIEN REDUCTION AND RENTAL
 INSPECTION FOR 3818 GREENWOOD AVE. WE SCHEDULED TO MEET
 AT THE PROPERTY ON 9/23/19 AT 11 AM TO COMPLETE THE
 INSPECTION. UPON ARRIVAL I MET WITH THE PROPERTY OWNER,
 WE GREETED AND PROCEEDED TO WALK THE PROPERTY. I MADE
 HER AWARE
 THE LAWN STILL NEEDED TO BE SODDED PROPERLY, SHE STATED
 SHE IS SELLING THE PROPERTY AND SHE DID NOT WANT TO PUT
 ANYMORE MONEY INTO IT. WE WALKED THE REST OF THE
 EXTERIOR OF THE PROPERTY AND THEN WE WALKED THE
 INTERIOR. UPON THE COMPLETION OF THE INSPECTION, WE
 WERE STANDING IN THE KITCHEN AND I WAS EXPLAINING TO
 THE OWNER WHAT SHE NEEDED TO DO TO RESOLVE THE ISSUES,
 WHEN THE OWNER'S REALTOR MICHELLE WALKED IN THE DOOR,
 WE GREETED ONE ANOTHER, THEN I CONTINUED THE
 CONVERSATION WITH THE OWNER. MICHELLE THEN STARTED
 SPEAKING OVER ME AND RAISING HER VOICE WHILE SPEAKING
 TO ME, SHE GOT VERY LOUD AND STATED I DECLINED TO
 EXPLAINE THE VIOLATIONS TO THE OWNER AND I WAS
 DISCRIMINATING AGAINT THE OWNER. SHE THEN STATED SHE
 SPOKE WITH AN ATTORNEY WHO ADVISED HER, THE RENTAL
 CERTIFICATE WAS NOT LEGAL AND NOT REQUIRED. SHE
 PROCEEDED TO REMOVE HER PHONE AND STATED SHE WAS
 RECORDING ME BECAUSE I WAS NOT TELLING HER WHAT THE
 OWNER NEEDED TO DO TO GAIN COMPLIANCE. I PROCEEDED TO
 CALL MITCH AND I MADE HIM AWARE OF THE SITUATION. I
 MADE HIM AWARE THAT THE REALTOR WAS BEING LOUD AND I
 DID NOT FEEL SAFE BEING THERE ANYMORE, HE ADVISED ME TO
 LEAVE THE PROPERTY. I ADVISED THE OWNER THAT I SPOKE
 WITH MY SUPERVISOR WHO ADVISED ME TO LEAVE. MICHELLEE
 WENT TO HER CAR AND THE OWNER ASKED ME TO STAY. SHE
 APLOIGIZED FOR MICHELLE'S BEHAVIOR AND STATED SHE JUST
 WANTS TO GET THE PROPERTY INTO COMPLIANCE. I MADE THE
 OWNER AWARE THAT I WAS LEAVING AND I WILL SCHEDULE TO

 BEING IN COMPLIANCE. PLEASE SEE THE LIST OF ITEMS BELOW
 AND THE PICTURES FOR YOUR REFERENCE.. PLEASE CALL
 MONIQUE WHEN YOU ARE READY FOR THE PROPERTY TO BE
 RE-INSPECTED AND SHE WILL LET ME KNOW. ALSO, PLEASE BE
 ADVISED THAT I AM UNABLE TO MEET WITH YOUR REALTOR
 MICHELLE AT THE PROPERTY BECAUSE OF THE INCIDENT THAT
 TRANSPIRED DURING THE INSPECTION ON 9/23/19, MITCH IS
 AWARE OF WHAT HAPPENED. IF YOU HAVE ADDITIONAL
