 INSPECTION FAILED BASED ON WHAT WAS VISIBLE FROM THE
 STREET. PLEASE BE ADVISED THE INSPECTION IS BASED
 SOLELY ON THE FRONT OF THE PROPERTY BECAUSE I WAS
 UNABLE TO DO THE REAR. PLEASE BE ADVISED YOU WILL HAVE
 15 DAYS TO COMPLY WITH THESE VIOLATIONS. I HAVE
 ATTACHED PICTURES FOR YOUR RECORD. IF THERE ARE ANY
 ADDITIONAL ISSUES, WE WILL ADDRESS THEM WHEN SOMEONE
