 2017 EXISTING BUILDING CODE. 801.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 ACTION: DENIED
 1) PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PAVILION/ ENCLOSURE THAT
 THIS PERMIT IS FOR IS LOCATED IN A AE FLOOD ZONE. THE
 BFE (BASE FLOOD ELEVATION IS 12.2 NAV88). SINCE ALL
 PERMITS PULLED FOR ALL BUILDINGS ARE UNDER THIS ONE
 ADDRESS (1301 SUMMIT) PLEASE PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION THAT
 IS AND ALL OTHERS BEFORE FOR THIS STRUCTURE ARE NOT A
 SUBSTANTIAL IMPROVEMENT.
 SUBSTANIAL IMPROVEMENT. SECTION 94-546 PROVISIONS FOR
 FLOOD HAZARD REDUCTION. (A)(3) ANY ALTERATION, REPAIR,
 RECONSTRUCTION, OR IMPROVEMENTS TO A PROPERTY WHICH THE
 CUMULATIVE COST FOR ANY FIVE YEAR PERIOD EQUALS OR
 EXCEEDS 50 % OF THE BUILDING VALUE AT THE COMMENCEMENT
 OF THE FIVE YEAR PERIOD SHALL MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF
 NEW CONSTRUCTION AS CONTAINED IN THIS ARTICLE. THE
 ORIGINAL PERMIT FOR THIS STRUCTURE IS 99100341 AND THE
 VALUE OF $100,000.00 DOLLARS IN VALUE.
 DURING THE PERMITTING OF THIS STRUCTURE THERE WILL BE
 REQUIRED (3) DIFFERENT FLOOD ZONE CERTIFICATES
 REQUIRED:
 (1) A FLOOD ZONE CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED AS PART OF THE
 PLAN REVIEW DOCUMENTS WITH THE PROPOSED FINISH FLOOR

 BUILDING MINIMUM PLAN REVIEW CRITERIA FOR COMMERCIAL
 BUILDINGS. (8) FLOOD REQUIREMENTS ELEVATIONS,
 ENCLOSURES, FLOOD DAMAGE-RESISTANT MATERIALS.
 (2) ONCE THE FIRST FLOOR SLAB IS POURED THE 2ND
 ELEVATION CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED. W. P. B.
 ADMINISTRATIVE CODE 110.3 REQUIRED INSPECTIONS 1.2
 FLOOR/ SLAB INSPECTION. IN FLOOD HAZARD AREAS, UPON
 PLACEMENT OF THE LOWEST FLOOR, INCLUDING BASEMENT, AND
 PRIOR TO FURTHER VERTICAL CONSTRUCTION, THE ELEVATION
 CERTIFICATION, REQUIRED IN SECTION 1612.5, SHALL BE

 PLEASE REVIEW CITY ORDINANCE FOR THE CITY REQUIREMENTS
 REQUIRE AN ADDITIONAL 6 INCHES/ (12 INCHES OF ELEVATION
 IF PERMIT APPLICATION AFTER SEPT. 12/2016, AFTER OCT.
 11/ 2017 AN ADDITIONAL ONE FOOT OF FREE BOARD WILL BE
 REQUIRED OR (2) FEET ABOVE BASE FLOOD.
