 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE GRAVITY LOAD PROVISIONS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.
 EXCEPTION: STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS WHOSE STRESS IS NOT
 INCREASED BY MORE THAN 5 PERCENT.
  
 UNDER THE TABLE 1607.1 THE LIVE LOADS FOR RESIDENTIAL
 BEDROOMS COULD HAVE BEEN DESIGNED TO 30 LBS. PER SQ.
 FT., THE OTHER HABITAL AREAS TO 40 LBS. PER SQ. FT.
 WITH THE CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY TO THE BUSINESS OCCUPANCY
 THE LIVE LOAD FLOOR LOADS ARE NOW 50 LBS. PER SQ. FT.
 WITH THE ADDITIONAL LIVE LOAD TO 50 LBS. IT EXCEEDS THE
 ALLOWABLE 0.05 PER CENT.
  
 IF YOU LOOK AT TABLE 2308.4.2.1(2) WITH THE JOIST
 SPACED AT 2.0 FT. C/C FOR SS SOUTHERN PINE FOR
 RESIDENTIAL LIVING AREAS 40 PSF DEFLECTION 360 YOU GET
 A SPAN OF 8 FT. 11 INCHES FOR 2X6. TAKEN AT 30 PSF
 (BEDROOMS) THE SPAN IS ONLY 9 FEET 9 INCHES. THE SPANS
 VERY FROM 13 FEET TO 13.5 FEET FOR 2X6. PLEASE VERIFY
 THE FLOOR JOIST SIZE AND SPACING. FOR STICK BUILT HOMES
 THEY MAY HAVE USED THE 2 FEET C/C OR 16 INCHES ON
 CENTER, IT IS CRUCIAL TO KNOW THE FLOOR SPACING AND
 SIZE OF THE FLOOR FRAMING MEMBERS.
  
 THE OTHER ISSUE WITH APPLYING FLOOR TILE TO A WOOD
 FLOOR JOIST SYSTEM, IF THERE IS TOO MUCH DEFLECTION IN
 THE FLOOR SYSTEMS THE AREAS WHERE THE DEFLECTION IS
 STRESSED FOR WOOD FLOORS IT WOULD NOT BE NOTICED BUT
 WHERE TILE IS INSTALLED, THE MORTAR JOINTS WILL CRACK
 BECAUSE OF THE FLOOR MOVEMENT!!!!
  
 2) SHEET A-0.3 THE LIFE SAFETY PLAN INDICATES THERE ARE
 TOO BE 2 EXITS FROM THE BUILDING, PLEASE SHOW
 COMPLIANCE WITH: EXISTING BUILDING CODE 1001.2.2 CHANGE
 OF OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION OR GROUP. WHERE THE
 OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION OF A BUILDING CHANGES, THE
 PROVISIONS OF SECTIONS 1002 THROUGH 1012 SHALL APPLY.
 THIS INCLUDES A CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION AND
 A CHANGE TO ANOTHER GROUP WITHIN AN OCCUPANCY
 CLASSIFICATION.
 1001.2.2 CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION OR GROUP.
 WHERE THE OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION OF A BUILDING
 CHANGES, THE PROVISIONS OF SECTIONS 1002 THROUGH 1012
 SHALL APPLY. THIS INCLUDES A CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY

 2017 ACCESS. CODE 206.2.2 WITHIN A SITE. AT LEAST ONE
 ACCESSIBLE ROUTE SHALL CONNECT ACCESSIBLE BUILDINGS,
 ACCESSIBLE FACILITIES, ACCESSIBLE ELEMENTS, AND
 ACCESSIBLE SPACES THAT ARE ON THE SAME SITE. SHOW ON
 THE SITE PLAN THE ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE, WALKWAYS AND
 ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACE.
  
 3) ACCESSIBLE PARKING: NO SITE PLAN WAS SUBMITTED SHOW
 THE ACCESSIBLE PARKING NOR THE DIMENSIONS. PLEASE

 3) UNDER THE CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY IN THE EXISTING
 BUILDING CODE SECTION 1012.8 REQUIRES YOU TO GO THE
 2017 ACCESS. CODE SECTION:
  
 202.4.2 ACCESSIBLE FEATURES IN THE EVENT OF
 DISPROPORTIONALITY. WHEN THE COST OF ALTERATIONS
 NECESSARY TO MAKE THE PATH OF TRAVEL TO THE ALTERED
 AREA FULLY ACCESSIBLE IS DISPROPORTIONATE TO THE COST
 OF THE OVERALL ALTERATION, THE PATH OF TRAVEL SHALL BE
 MADE ACCESSIBLE TO THE EXTENT THAT IT CAN BE MADE
 ACCESSIBLE WITHOUT INCURRING DISPROPORTIONATE COSTS. IN
 CHOOSING WHICH ACCESSIBLE ELEMENTS TO PROVIDE, PRIORITY
 SHOULD BE GIVEN TO THOSE ELEMENTS THAT WILL PROVIDE THE
 GREATEST ACCESS, IN THE FOLLOWING ORDER: (I) AN
