 3) 107.3.5 FBC[R] THE ENERGY CALCS SHOWS CEILING TYPE
 UNDER ATTIC AT 1859 SQ, FT. (VENTED) 1859 SQ. FT. IS
 THE TOTAL AREA UNDER AIR ACCORDING TO SHEET NUMBER 3 OF
 9. SINCE THIS IS TWO STORY AND THE SPACE BETWEEN FLOORS
 ISNT VENTED, ATTIC (VENTED) SHOULD ONLY INCLUDE SECOND
 FLOOR ATTIC SPACE. THE ATTIC AREA IS PROVIDED ON SHEET
 5 OF 9. PLEASE ADJUST ENERGY CALCULATIONS AS NEEDED.
  -ALSO, THE PLANS ARE CALLING FOR BATTS AND THE ENERGY
 CALCULATIONS ARE BASED ON BLOWN IN.
  
 4) 301.4 FBC[R] DEAD LOAD. THE ACTUAL WEIGHTS OF
 MATERIALS AND CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE USED FOR
 DETERMINING DEAD LOAD WITH CONSIDERATION FOR THE DEAD
 LOAD OF FIXED SERVICE EQUIPMENT.
  -PLEASE PROVIDE LIVE AND DEAD LOADS TO DESIGN DATA FOR
 ROOF, ATTIC AND FLOORS.
  
 5) 311.2 FBC[R] NOT LESS THAN ONE EGRESS DOOR SHALL BE
 PROVIDED FOR EACH DWELLING UNIT. THE EGRESS DOOR SHALL
 BE SIDE-HINGED, AND SHALL PROVIDE A CLEAR WIDTH OF NOT
 LESS THAN 32 INCHES WHERE MEASURED BETWEEN THE FACE OF
 THE DOOR AND THE STOP, WITH THE DOOR OPEN 90 DEGREES.
 THE CLEAR HEIGHT OF THE DOOR OPENING SHALL BE NOT LESS
 THAN 78 INCHES IN HEIGHT MEASURED FROM THE TOP OF THE
 THRESHOLD TO THE BOTTOM OF THE STOP. OTHER DOORS SHALL
 NOT BE REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH THESE MINIMUM
 DIMENSIONS. EGRESS DOORS SHALL BE READILY OPENABLE FROM
 INSIDE THE DWELLING WITHOUT THE USE OF A KEY OR SPECIAL
 KNOWLEDGE OR EFFORT.
  -CHECK CLEAR SPACE AT ENTRY DOOR SINCE IT CAN'T SWING
 ALL THE WAY OPEN.
  
 6) 302.5.3 FBC[R] OTHER PENETRATIONS. PENETRATIONS
 THROUGH THE SEPARATION REQUIRED IN SECTION R302.6 SHALL
 BE PROTECTED AS REQUIRED BY SECTION R302.11, ITEM 4.
  -DRYWALL IN GARAGE WITH HABITABLE ROOM ABOVE NEED TO
 USE NOT LESS THAN 5/8 TYPE X GYPSUM OR EQUIVALENT. SEE
 TABLE 302.6 AND ADD NOTE IN PLANS.
  
 7) 107.3.5.3 FBC[AMENDED] PROVIDE SEDIMENT CONTROL TO
 KEEP CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS FROM ENTERING ADJACENT
 PROPERTIES AND STORM DRAINS DURING CONSTRUCTION. YOU
 CAN JUST ADD SILT FENCE DETAIL AND HOW DRAINS ARE
 PROTECTED TO THE DRAINAGE PLAN. SOME ENGINEERING
 STANDARD DETAILS CAN BE USED FROM WPB WEBSITE-POLLUTION

 8) [FBC 107.5][FBC 110.9][FBC R401.3][PROVIDE SITE
 DRAINAGE PLAN. SURFACE DRAINAGE SHALL BE DIVERTED TO A
 STORM SEWER CONVEYANCE OR OTHER APPROVED POINT OF
 COLLECTION THAT DOES NOT CREATE A HAZARD. LOTS SHALL BE
 GRADED TO DRAIN SURFACE WATER AWAY FROM FOUNDATION
 WALLS. THE GRADE SHALL FALL A MINIMUM OF 6 INCHES
 WITHIN THE FIRST 10 FEET. EXCEPTION: WHERE LOT LINES,
 WALLS, SLOPES OR OTHER PHYSICAL BARRIERS PROHIBIT 6
 INCHES OF FALL WITHIN 10 FEET (3048 MM), DRAINS OR
 SWALES SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED TO ENSURE DRAINAGE AWAY
 FROM THE STRUCTURE. IMPERVIOUS SURFACES WITHIN 10 FEET
 OF THE BUILDING FOUNDATION SHALL BE SLOPED A MINIMUM OF
 2 PERCENT AWAY FROM THE BUILDING.
  
 9) 703.4 FBC[R] PROVIDE TYPE OF WINDOW/DOOR FLASHING TO
 BE USED TO MEET REQUIREMENTS OF R703.4
  
 10) 301.6 FBC[R] ROOF LOAD. THE ROOF SHALL BE DESIGNED
 FOR THE LIVE LOAD INDICATED IN TABLE R301.6
  
 11) 107.3.4.1 FBC[AMENDED] PRODUCT APPROVAL.
  -PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR FIBERGLASS DOOR IS FL-15225.5
 AND THE TABLE ON SHEET 4 OF 9 AND 12 OF 9 HAS
 CONFLICTING PRODUCT APPROVAL NUMBER. PLEASE ADJUST LIST
 TO MATCH PROVIDED, OR REMOVE THE TABLE ON SHEET 4 OF 9
  
 12) 107.3.5 FBC[R] THE WINDOW MULL (HORIZONTAL AND
 VERTICAL), SINGLE HUNG, SLIDING DOOR AND FIXED WINDOW.
 THERE ARE NO EVALUATION REPORTS ON THESE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS AND THEY DON'T MATCH THE NUMBERS PROVIDED ON
 SHEET 4 OF 9 AND 1 OF 9.
  -PLEASE PROVIDE THE EVALUATION REPORTS FOR THESE AND
 PUT THE CURRENT PRODUCT APPROVAL ON THEM BECAUSE THE
 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED ONLY HAVE OLD
 DRAWING NUMBERS AND DO NOT REFERENCE CURRENT NUMBERS.
  
 13) 107.3.4.1 FBC[AMENDED] SUBMIT TRUSS SHOP DRAWINGS
 TO THE BUILDING INSPECTOR PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.
  -THIS WILL BE A DEFERRED SUBMITTAL. THE TRUSS PACKAGE
 NEEDS TO BE REVIEWED BY BUILDING INSPECTOR PRIOR TO
 INSTALLATION.
  
 14) 107.2.1.2 FBC[AMENDED] PROVIDE STAIRCASE AND GUARD
 RAIL ENGINEERING, OR INDICATE THAT IT WILL BE
 DEFERRED.
