 2017 EXISTING BUILDING CODE. 801.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) THE ORIGINAL PERMIT FOR THIS TENANT SPACE 10040216
 AND THE APPLIED FOR PERMIT / PLANS INDICATE THAT THIS
 IS A FIRE SPRINKLERED BUILDING. LESS THAN 50 HEADS A
 FIRE SPRINKLER CONTRACTOR CAN DESIGN THE ADDITIONAL
 HEADS IN AN EXISTING FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM. A
 CONTRACTOR I, CONTRACTOR II OR CONTRACTOR IV, CERTIFIED
 UNDER SECTION 633.521, FLORIDA STATUTE MAY DESIGN A
 FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM OF 49 OR FEWER HEADS AND MAY
 DESIGN THE ALTERATION OF AN EXISTING FIRE SPRINKLER
 SYSTEM.
  
 2) NOTICE: SHEET A2.1 DOES INDICATE THERE WILL BE
 FUTURE RACK STORAGE UNDER A SEPARATE PERMIT. NOTING
 THAT RACK STORAGE IS NOT PART OF THIS PERMIT.
  
 3) SHEET A-2 DOES INDICATE THE EXTERIOR CONCRETE WALL
 WILL BE CUT AND SEE SHEET S-1. PLEASE ALSO REVIEW SHEET
 M-1, THE PLAN SHOWS A SECOND 12 X 12 INCH PENETRATION
 OF THE EXTERIOR WALL FOR INTAKE OF OUTSIDE AIR. SHEET
 S-1 DOES NOT INDICATE THE 2ND PENETRATION AND WILL NEED
 TO UPDATE THE PLANS. 107.2.1.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
 IS REQUIRED. PLEASE ALSO INCLUDE THE PRESSURES FOR THE

 COMPRESSOR, SHEET M2 HAS CODE LANGUAGE FROM THE 2007
 FBC-B ABOUT ROOF MOUNTED A/C UNITS AND THE MINIMUM
 HEIGHT OF THE STANDS LISTING TABLE 1509.7. PLEASE
 UPDATE THE PLANS TO THE 2017 FBC-B TABLE 1510.10. IF
 THE PIPE STAND DETAIL FOUND ON M2 IS TO BE USED THEN
 PLEASE PROVIDE THE WELD INFORMATION MISSING FROM THE
 PLANS AS WELL TO WHAT WIND SPEED DESIGN WAS USED FOR
 THE ANCHORING OF THE ROOF TOP STAND TO THE ROOF FRAMING
 MEMBERS AND THE ROOF TOP UNIT TO THE STAND.

 WELDED CONNECTIONS. THE CONTRACTOR IS REQUIRED TO
 PROVIDE WELD PROCEDURE SPECIFICATIONS & WELDER OPERATOR
 PERFORMANCE QUALIFICATION RECORDS IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 THE REFERENCED STANDARDS AT TIME OF INSPECTION.

 6) THE ARCHITECTURAL SHEETS DOES NOT SHOW A ROOF PLAN
 BUT THE MECHANICAL SHEET M-1 DOES SHOW THE NEW ROOF TOP
 COMPRESSOR. THE PLANS DO NOT INDICATE HOW YOU ARE TO
 GAIN ACCESS ONTO THE ROOF. SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH:
 2017 FBC-M 306.5 EQUIPMENT AND APPLIANCES ON ROOFS OR
 ELEVATED STRUCTURES. WHERE EQUIPMENT REQUIRING ACCESS
 OR APPLIANCES ARE LOCATED ON AN ELEVATED STRUCTURE OR
 THE ROOF OF A BUILDING SUCH THAT PERSONNEL WILL HAVE TO
 CLIMB HIGHER THAN 16 FEET (4877 MM) ABOVE GRADE TO
 ACCESS SUCH EQUIPMENT OR APPLIANCES, AN INTERIOR OR
 EXTERIOR MEANS OF ACCESS SHALL BE PROVIDED. SUCH ACCESS
 SHALL NOT REQUIRE CLIMBING OVER OBSTRUCTIONS GREATER
 THAN 30 INCHES (762 MM) IN HEIGHT OR WALKING ON ROOFS
 HAVING A SLOPE GREATER THAN 4 UNITS VERTICAL IN 12
 UNITS HORIZONTAL (33-PERCENT SLOPE). SUCH ACCESS SHALL
 NOT REQUIRE THE USE OF PORTABLE LADDERS. WHERE ACCESS
 INVOLVES CLIMBING OVER PARAPET WALLS, THE HEIGHT SHALL
 BE MEASURED TO THE TOP OF THE PARAPET WALL.
  
 7) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
