 THE PERMIT APPLICATION APPEARS TO BE TO ALTER THE USE
 OF SPACE THAT MAY NEVER HAVE PREVIOUSLY RECEIVED A
 CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY. PLEASE CHECK WITH CDS
 CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST CRAIG MCPHERSON AT 561
 805-6684 FOR A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANY FOR THIS SPACE
 IDENTIFIED AS THE 7TH FLOOR. THE PLANS ARE DEFICIENT AS
 THEY DO CONTAIN ADEQUATE INFORMATION TO DETERMINE THE
 INTENDED USE OF THE SPACE OR THE PREVIOUSLY APPROVED
 USE. PLEASE PROVIDE DRAWINGS OF ARCHITECTURAL QUAITY
 (NOT NECESSARILY SIGNED & SEAL BY AN ARCHITECT) TO
 DETERMINE THE INTENDED USE AND PROVIDE MINIMUM CODE
 DATE RELATIVE TO THE BUILDING SUCH AS TYPE OF
 CONSTRUCTION AND A LIFE SAFETY PLAN SHOWING EXITING
 STRATEGY AND THE EXISTENCE OF EXITING AND FIRE
 SUPPRESSION SYSYTEMS. PROVIDE AT A MINIMUM PROVIDE THE
 APPLICABLE CODE IN EFFECT AND LEVEL OF ALTERATION,
 OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION, OCCUPANT LOAD. PRESUMABLE THE
 SPACE MAY HAVE BEE APPROVED FOR A STORAGE USE. THIS
 WOULD RESULT IN A LOW OCCUPANT LOAD. EXISTING EXITS AND
 BATHROOM FACILITIES MAY BE SUFFICIENT, BUT THE PLAN
 DOES NOT ADDRESS EITHER MATTER. PLEASE PROVIDE RELATIVE
 INFORMATION.
  
 FBC-107.2.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS. ALL
 INFORMATION, DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS AND ACCOMPANYING
 DATA SHALL BEAR THE NAME AND SIGNATURE OF THE PERSON
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN.
  
 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE DIMENSIONED AND DRAWN
 UPON SUITABLE MATERIAL. ELECTRONIC MEDIA DOCUMENTS
 SHALL BE SUBMITTED WHEN APPROVED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT
 CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF
 THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL
 CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND RELEVANT
 LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED
 BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. SUCH DRAWINGS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS SHALL CONTAIN INFORMATION, IN THE FORM
 OF NOTES OR OTHERWISE, AS TO THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS,
 WHERE QUALITY IS ESSENTIAL TO CONFORMITY WITH THE
 TECHNICAL CODES. SUCH INFORMATION SHALL BE SPECIFIC,
 AND THE TECHNICAL CODES SHALL NOT BE CITED AS A WHOLE
 OR IN PART, NOR SHALL THE TERM "LEGAL" OR ITS
 EQUIVALENT BE USED AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR SPECIFIC
 INFORMATION. ALL INFORMATION, DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS
 AND ACCOMPANYING DATA SHALL BEAR THE NAME AND SIGNATURE
 OF THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN.
  
 IT IS NOTED THAT THIS APPLICATION IS APPLIED FOR BY A
 FENCE CONTRACTOR. APPLICATIONS OF THIS NATURE IS
 REQUIRED TO BE MADE BY A BUILDING OR GENERAL
 CONTRACTOR.
