 THE MINIMUM DIMENSION "A" FOR WALL AND ROOF END ZONE IS
 4 FT NOT 3.5 FT. REVISE THIS DIMENSION ON SHEET A-3 AND
 S-3.
 NOTE: WALL ELEVATION ON SHEET A-3 SPECIFIES A=3'-6".
 REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 B) REVISE THE DESIGN PRESSURES FOR DOORS AND WINDOWS ON
 SHEET A-3 AND A-4. PROVIDE THE DESIGN PRESSURES FOR THE
 ACTUAL TRIBUTARY AREA OR PROVIDE THE DESIGN PRESSURES
 FOR THE LOWEST TRIBUTARY AREA SHOWN ON THE WIND
 PRESSURE DESIGN TABLES ON SHEET A-3. FOR EXAMPLE THE
 TRIBUTARY AREA FOR END WINDOW ON MASTER BEDROOM
 IS NOT 20 S.F. IT IS LESS THAN 20 S.F. BUT THE
 SPECIFIED DESIGN PRESSURES ARE FOR 20 S.F. SEE FOOTNOTE

 REQUIRED.
  
 C) CLARIFY WHAT ARE THE DESIGN PRESSURES ON ROOF GIVEN
 ON SHEET S-3 FOR ZONE O AND ZONE 1. WHAT ARE THESE
 DESIGN PRESSURES AND WHY NOT ALL THE ROOF ZONES ARE
 CONSIDERED?. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS
  
 6- WINDOWS LOCATED ON THE STAIRWAY NEED TO COMPLY WITH
 THE WINDOW FALL PROTECTION SEC. R312.2 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.

 COMPLIANCE.

 15- DESIGNER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
 NOTE: ENGINEER TO REVISE PRODUCT APPROVAL LETTER
 SUBMITTED. SOME NOA'S DON'T MATCH NOA'S SUBMITTED AND
 SOME PRODUCT APPROVALS ARE EXPIRED. ALSO, CLEARLY
 IDENTIFY FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL OR NOA NUMBER FOR
 EACH REVIEWED PRODUCT APPROVAL. THERMA-TRU FIBERGLASS
 DOOR NEED THE FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL NUMBER. OR
 ENGINEER MAY PROVIDE REVIEW STAMP OR BY HAND ON EACH

 16- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS
 LOW. VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS,
 CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND DESIGN

 AMENDMENTS. VALUATION WAS UPDATED TO $299,994. THE
