2019-03-05 16:36:321. PLEASE PROVIDE A PROJECT DATA TABLE INDICATING THE
 SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE EXISTING STRUCTURE AND THE
 ADDITIONAL SQUARE FOOTAGE PROPOSED. IF ADDITION IS LESS
 THAN 400 SF, NO ADDITIONAL PARKING WOULD BE REQUIRED.
 2. PLEASE PROVIDE INFORMATION TO CONFIRM THE FACADE
 ALONG DATURA STREET COMPLIES WITH THE MINIMUM 50%
 TRANSPARENCY REQUIRED (SEC 94-109, FIGURE VI-33).
 3. ANY NEW MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT ON THE ROOF SHALL BE
 SCREENED FROM VIEW ON ALL SIDES WITH A SCREEN AS TALL
 AS THE EQUIPMENT.PLEASE PROVIDE INFORMATION TO CONFIRM
 COMPLIANCE.
 4. THE TWO EXISTING BLACK OLIVE TREES ALONG DATURA
 STREET SHALL BE REPLACED WITH NEW LIVE OAKS, STRUCTURAL
 SOIL SHALL BE INSTALLED 5 FEET AROUND TREE GRATES, AND
 IRRIGATION SHALL BE PROVIDED.
 5. DECORATIVE STREET LIGHT FIXTURES SHALL BE INSTALLED
 ALONG DATURA STREET IN FRONT OF THE SUBJECT BUILDING.
 PHOTOMETRICS SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO DETERMINE THE NEEDED
 SPACING TO COMPLY WITH THE MINIMUM 0.6 FOOTCANDLES
 REQUIRED AT ONE FOOT ABOVE SIDEWALK LEVEL AT THE CURB
 SIDE. EXISTING CONCRETE POLE AND COBRA HEAD LIGHT SHALL
 BE REMOVED. DECORATIVE FIXTURES AND POLES SHALL FOLLOW
 THE DOWNTOWN STANDARD.
 6. AT LEAST TWO BIKE PARKING SPACES SHALL BE PROVIDED
 FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC WITHIN THE PUBLIC ROW.PLEASE
 PROVIDE DETAILS WITH LOCATION.
 6. STAFF RECOMMENDS MAINTAINING THE DIFERENTIATION
 BETWEEN THE TWO BUILDINGS. TEH TWO STORY BUILDING
 CONTAINS A BRICK BAND AROUND THAT ADDS SOME CHARACTER
 TO THE BUILDING.
 7. STAFF RECOMMENDS THE SHOWER FACILITY TO PROVIDE
 CHANGING SPACE THAT ALLOWS ANOTHER PERSON TO USE SHOWER
 WHILE THE PREVIOUS PERSON IS CHANGING.
 8. A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED.
 9. A SEPARATE ELECTRIC PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED FOR
 THE INSTALLATION OF THE LIGHT FIXTURES AND POLES IN THE
 RIGHT OF WAY.
