 1) REPEAT COMMENT: DRAWING E1.0 DOES NOT MATCH THE SITE
 LAYOUT SHOWN ON THE SURVEY OR ON DRAWING E1.1. ALL
 PLANS MUST SHOW THE SAME CONDITION.
  
 2) UPDATED COMMENT: THE PLANS STATE THAT THE POLES WILL
 BE LOCATED FIVE (5) FEET FROM THE PROPERTY LINES.
  
 A. THE POLES ALONG OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD ARE SHOWN
 WITHIN THE FIVE (5) FOOT WIDE LANDSCAPE BUFFER;
 THEREFORE, THESE POLES ARE NOT LOCATED FIVE FEET FROM
 THE PROPERTY LINE. THE PLANS MUST CLEARLY SHOW THE
 POLES OUTSIDE OF THE FIVE (5) FOOT SETBACK. IF THE
 POLES ARE NOT ACCURATELY DEPICTED WITH A FIVE (5) FOOT
 SETBACK THEY WILL BE INSTALLED IN THE WRONG LOCATION.
 THE NOTE ON THE PLANS IS NOT SUFFICIENT.
  
 B. THE POLES ALONG THE ALLEY CONTINUE TO BE SHOWN IN
 THE ALLEY. THE PROPERTY LINE IS THE EDGE OF PAVEMENT AT
 THE FENCE. THE POLES NEED TO BE CLEARLY SHOWN FIVE (5)
 FEET INSIDE THE PROPERTY LINE.
