 BUILDING CODE SECTION 504.1 LEVEL 2 ALTERATION. LEVEL 2
 ALTERATIONS INCLUDE THE RECONFIGURATION OF SPACE, THE
 ADDITION OR ELIMINATION OF ANY DOOR OR WINDOW, THE
 RECONFIGURATION OR EXTENSION OF ANY SYSTEM, OR THE
 INSTALLATION OF ANY ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT.
 THE RELOCATION OF THE STOVE AND DISH WASHER WOULD BE

 REPLACEMENT, REPAIR, EQUIPMENT, USE AND OCCUPANCY,
 LOCATION, REMOVAL AND DEMOLITION OF DETACHED ONE- AND
 TWO-FAMILY DWELLINGS AND TOWNHOUSES NOT MORE THAN THREE
 STORIES ABOVE GRADE PLANE IN HEIGHT WITH A SEPARATE
 MEANS OF EGRESS AND THEIR ACCESSORY STRUCTURES NOT MORE
 THAN THREE STORIES ABOVE GRADE PLANE IN HEIGHT.

 3A) FBC-B 2017 1207.3 STRUCTURE-BORNE SOUND.
 FLOOR/CEILING ASSEMBLIES BETWEEN DWELLING UNITS OR
 BETWEEN A DWELLING UNIT AND A PUBLIC OR SERVICE AREA
 WITHIN THE STRUCTURE SHALL HAVE AN IMPACT INSULATION
 CLASS (IIC) RATING OF NOT LESS THAN 50 (45 IF FIELD
 TESTED) WHEN TESTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ASTM E 492.
  
 3B) FBC-B 2017 1207.2 AIR-BORNE SOUND.
 WALLS, PARTITIONS AND FLOOR/CEILING ASSEMBLIES
 SEPARATING DWELLING UNITS FROM EACH OTHER OR FROM
 PUBLIC OR SERVICE AREAS SHALL HAVE A SOUND TRANSMISSION
 CLASS (STC) OF NOT LESS THAN 50 (45 IF FIELD TESTED)
 FOR AIR-BORNE NOISE WHEN TESTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ASTM
 E 90.
  
 3C) FLAME SPREAD- FBC-B 2017 603.1. EXCEPTION 2.
 INSULATION INSTALLED BETWEEN A FINISHED FLOOR AND SOLID
 DECKING WITHOUT INTERVENING AIRSPACE SHALL BE ALLOWED
 TO HAVE A FLAME SPREAD INDEX OF NOT MORE THAN 200.
  
 FLAME SPREAD INDEX. A COMPARATIVE MEASURE, EXPRESSED AS
 A DIMENSIONLESS NUMBER, DERIVED FROM VISUAL
 MEASUREMENTS OF THE SPREAD OF FLAME VERSUS TIME FOR A
 MATERIAL TESTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ASTM E 84 OR UL 723.
  
 4) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
