 IS A ONE HOUR FIRE PARTITION PLEASE PROVIDE COMPLIANCE
 WITH 2017 FBC-B 708.3 FIRE-RESISTANCE RATING, PLEASE
 PROVIDE AN ASSEMBLY NUMBER (UL OR GYPSUM ASSOCIATION)
 SHOWING THE COMPONENTS OF THE WALL, SPACING OF STUDS
 AND THE HEIGHT LIMITATIONS.
  
 2) SHEET 003_A102 PARTITION TYPES. WALL TYPES 1 & 2
 INDICATE THE BOTTOM PLATE IS TO BE SHOOT INTO THE SLAB
 USING HILTI PINS, HOW LONG ARE THE PINS AND WHAT TYPE
 OF FLOOR SLAB DOES THIS BUILDING HAVE, POST TENSION
 TENDONS? WALL TYPE DETAILS 3 & 4 ALSO INDICATE THE USE
 OF POWER ACTIVATED PINS ? INCH DIA. X 1 ? INCHES LONG.

 SLAB. THERE IS AGAIN NO NOTATION AS TO CAUTION OF THE
 TYPE OF FLOOR SLAB, IF TENDONS COULD BE CUT, THE WIDTH
 OF THE WHOLE, THE DEPTH OF THE HOLE, NOR HOW THICK THE
 SLAB REALLY IS. 107.2.1.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS
 REQUIRED.
  
 4) SHEET 003_A102 THE TOP OF THE PARTITIONS THERE IS NO
 MENTION AS TO HOW TO SECURE THE WALL SYSTEMS WITH
 EXCEPTION TO WALL TYPE 3 THAT SHOWS WHAT MIGHT BE A
 LINEAR DIFFUSER BEING ANCHORED IN TO THE FLOOR ABOVE
 NOTE INDICATES APPROVED METAL INSERT OR ANCHOR, PLEASE
 PROVIDE THE TYPE OF ANCHOR.
 2017 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION 107.2.1.
 DRAWINGS & SPECIFICATIONS SHALL CONTAIN INFORMATION, IN
 THE FORM OF NOTES OR OTHERWISE, AS TO THE QUALITY OF
 MATERIALS, WHERE QUALITY IS ESSENTIAL TO CONFORMITY
 WITH THE TECHNICAL CODES. SUCH INFORMATION SHALL BE
 SPECIFIC TO THE TECHNICAL CODES "SHALL NOT BE CITED AS
 A WHOLE OR IN PART, NOR THE TERM "LEGAL" OR ITS
 EQUIVALENT BE USED AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR SPECIFIC
 INFORMATION". CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND
 EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT
 WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND
 RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS
 DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.

 DOES NOT INDICATE WHAT WALLS ARE NEW AND WHAT WALLS
 REMAINED. THERE ARE VERY FEW MEASUREMENTS TO EVEN
 REVIEW FOR CODE COMPLIANCE, THE STAIRWAY WALLS,
 ELEVATOR WALLS ARE NOT EVEN IN THE WALL TYPE LEGEND
 FOUND ON THIS PAGE. PLEASE NOTE THE DOORS THAT MAKE UP
 THE ELEVATOR LOBBY ARE ON WALLS BUILT OUT FROM THE 2
 HOUR SHAFT ENCLOSURES FOR THE ELEVATORS BUT THERE IS NO
 MENTION OF THE WALL TYPE, PLEASE NOTE THE ELEVATOR
 LOBBY WALLS ONLY NEED TO BE A 1 HOUR SEE FBC-B TABLE
 716.5 FOR WALL TYPES AND RATINGS AS WELL AS OPENING
 PROTECTIVES.

 BOTH SHEETS INDICATE A COMMUNICATING STAIR BETWEEN 2
 STORIES WITH NO ENCLOSURE, IS THIS A NEW OPENING, DOES
 THIS STAIR GO FURTHER THAN THE 2 STORIES WHERE WORK IS

 42 INCHES LONG MINIMUM, LOCATED 12 INCHES MAXIMUM FROM
 THE REAR WALL AND EXTENDING 54 INCHES MINIMUM FROM THE
 REAR WALL.
  
 9B) 604.5.2 REAR WALL. THE REAR WALL GRAB BAR SHALL BE
 36 INCHES LONG MINIMUM AND EXTEND FROM THE CENTERLINE
 OF THE WATER CLOSET 12 INCHES MINIMUM ON ONE SIDE AND
 24 INCHES (610 MM) MINIMUM ON THE OTHER SIDE.
  
 9C) PLEASE ALSO SEE DETAILS 4 & 5 AS TO WHERE YOU
 MEASURE FOR HEIGHT, TO THE TOP OF THE GRIPPING SURFACE
 NOT CENTER-LINE. SEE RESTROOM NOTE # 2.
 609.4 POSITION OF GRAB BARS. GRAB BARS SHALL BE
 INSTALLED IN A HORIZONTAL POSITION, 33 INCHES (840 MM)
 MINIMUM AND 36 INCHES (915 MM) MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH
 FLOOR MEASURED TO THE TOP OF THE GRIPPING SURFACE.
  
 10) A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW
 COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION
 MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE
 THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR

 A THOROUGH REVIEW OF THE PLANS COULD NOT HAPPEN SINCE
 THERE WAS A GREAT DEFICIENCY IN PLANS AND REQUIRED
 DOCUMENTATION. WITH THE NEXT PLAN REVIEW CYCLE THERE
 MAYBE ADDITIONAL REVIEW COMMENTS BECAUSE OF NEW PLANS
 AND INFORMATION LACKING UNDER THE PRIOR REVIEW.
