 A NEW REINFORCED CONCRETE SILL. PLEASE SPECIFY IN THE
 DEMO SHEET IF THE TERRA COTTA BLOCK BENEATH THE OLD
 WINDOW OPENING IS TO BE REMOVED? 107.2.1.2 ADDITIONAL

 UPPER BEAM THERE IS A NOTE, EXISTING TERRA COTTA IS TO
 REMAIN. SHORE EXISTING WALL AS REQUIRED FOR NEW
 OPENING. PLEASE PROVIDE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION, ARE THE
 2 COLUMNS TO BE FORMED AND POURED FIRST, THEN SHORE UP
 THE PORTION TO REMAIN AND BUILD THE BEAM UP BENEATH
 WITH REINFORCEMENT? 107.2.1.2
 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED FOR THE SEQUENCING
 OF WORK TO KEEP THE TERRA COTTA IN PLACE WHILE WORK IS
 BEING COMPLETED ON BOTH SIDES OF IT AND BENEATH THE

 DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR

 SUPERVISING AND REVIEWING ALL PROJECT DATA, REPORTS,

 DELEGATED ENGINEERING. 61G15-30.003 ENGINEERING
 DOCUMENT CLASSIFICATION. FL 61G-15-30.006 (3) THE
 DELEGATED ENGINEER SHALL FORWARD THE DELEGATED
 ENGINEERING DOCUMENTS TO THE ENGINEER OF RECORD FOR
 REVIEW.
  
 6) 107.3.4.2 DEFERRED SUBMITTALS. FOR THE PURPOSES OF
 THIS SECTION, DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ARE DEFINED AS THOSE
 PORTIONS OF THE DESIGN THAT ARE NOT SUBMITTED AT THE
 TIME OF THE APPLICATION AND THAT ARE TO BE SUBMITTED TO
 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL WITHIN A SPECIFIED PERIOD.
 DEFERRAL OF ANY SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL HAVE THE PRIOR
 APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. THE REGISTERED
 DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE SHALL LIST
 THE DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ON THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS

 DEPARTMENT. FOR ALL PRODUCTS WITH GLAZING, PLEASE
 IDENTIFY THE OPENING WIDTH & HEIGHT, TYPE OF GLAZING,
 MULLION SIZE, LENGTH IF UNREINFORCED OR REINFORCED
 INFORMATION IF REQUIRED, ATTACHMENTS AND ASSOCIATE
 PRESSURES FOR EACH OPENING SIZE. 2014 FBC-B 1405.13.1
 INSTALLATION. WINDOWS AND DOORS SHALL BE INSTALLED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH APPROVED MANUFACTURER?S INSTRUCTIONS.
 FASTENER SIZE AND SPACING SHALL BE PROVIDED IN SUCH
 INSTRUCTIONS AND SHALL BE CALCULATED BASED ON MAXIMUM
 LOADS AND SPACING USED IN THE TESTS.
  
 8) THRESHOLDS ACCESS. CODE 404.2.5. THRESHOLDS, IF
 PROVIDED AT DOORWAYS, SHALL BE 1/2 INCH (13 MM) HIGH
 MAXIMUM. RAISED THRESHOLDS AND CHANGES IN LEVEL AT
 DOORWAYS SHALL COMPLY WITH 302 AND 303.
  
 9) ROOFING: FOR ALL ROOFING PRODUCTS PLEASE IDENTIFY
 ALL ROOFING SUB-SYSTEMS AND THEIR ASSOCIATED PRESSURES
 FOR ROOF ZONE # 1. REVIEW THE PRODUCT APPROVAL
 LIMITATIONS, IF ENHANCED FASTENING IS ALLOWED FOR ROOF
 ZONES 2 & 3. FASTENER DENSITIES SHALL BE INCREASED FOR
 BOTH INSULATION & THE BASE SHEET AS CALCULATED IN
 COMPLIANCE WITH ROOFING APPLICATION STANDARDS RAS 117.
 CALCULATION PREPARED, SIGNED AND
 SEALED BY A FLORIDA REGISTERED PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER OR
 REGISTERED ARCHITECT. 1609.6.4.4.1 COMPONENTS &

 10) SHEET 026_S2.1 COMPONENTS AND CLADDING WIND DESIGN
 PRESSURES INDICATE THE SAME PRESSURES FOR ROOF ZONES 2
 & 3. THE PARAPET IS ONLY 3 FEET TALL ON THE EAST SIDE
 OF THE BUILDING AND A PORTION OF THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE
 BUILDING, TO TAKE THE REDUCED FACTOR FOR ROOF ZONE 3
 THE PARAPET NEEDS TO BE A MINIMUM OF 3 FEET TALL AROUND
 ALL OF THE PERIMETER OF THE BUILDING. PALM BEACH COUNTY
 ARIAL MAPS SHOW THERE IS NO 3 FOOT ALL THE WAY AROUND
 THE PERIMETER OF THIS BUILDING.
  
 ASCE 7-10 FIGURE 30.4-2A. FOOTNOTE 5. IF A PARAPET IS
 EQUAL TO OR HIGHER THAN 3 FEET IS PROVIDED AROUND THE
 PERIMETER OF THE ROOF WITH 0<7 DEGREES THE NEGATIVE

 SPENT IN ACCESSIBILITY UPGRADES. PLEASE NOTE IN THE
 ORDER THAT THE MONIES ARE TO BE SPENT, THERE IS A NOTE
 ON THE SITE PLAN NOT IN THE SCOPE OF WORK, AND AN
 ACCESSIBLE PARKING LOT WOULD BE THE LAST ITEM WHERE
 MONIES WOULD NEED TO BE SPENT.
  
 2017 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE 202.4.2 ACCESSIBLE FEATURES
 IN THE EVENT OF DISPROPORTIONALITY. WHEN THE COST OF
