 PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSES TO THE COMMENTS IN WRITING.
  
 1) VERTICAL BUILDING SIGNS REQUIRE WRITTEN CONSENT FROM
 CITYPLACE RETAIL AND THE CITYPLACE MANAGEMENT APPROVAL
 STAMP IS REQUIRED ON THE PLANS.
  
 2) THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN LIMITS THE SIGN COPY
 TO TRADE NAMES AND LOGOS ONLY, UNLESS CITYPLACE
 APPROVES, IN WRITING, AN ADMINISTRATIVE VARIANCE TO
 ALLOW THE ADDITIONAL TEXT. THE BUSINESS IS NOT NAMED
 "SPA & SALON"
  
 3) THIS IS NOT A PERMITTED VERTICAL BUILDING SIGN ZONE
 LOCATION AS SHOWN IN EXHIBIT I OF THE CITYPLACE MASTER
 SIGN PLAN.
  
 4) VERTICAL BUILDING SIGNS MUST BE A TWO SIDED SIGN AND
 MAY NOT BE CONSTRUCTED AS A "V" SIGN.
  
 5) THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN MEASURES SIGNAGE
 ALLOWANCE AS FOLLOWS - ONE SQUARE FOOT OF SIGNAGE FOR
 EACH ONE LINEAR FOOT OF STORE FRONTAGE. PLEASE PROVIDE
 THE LINEAR FEET OF STORE FRONTAGE AS WELL AS THE SQUARE
 FOOTAGE FOR THE EXISTING ANUSHKA SIGNS.
  
 6) PROVIDE THE DIMENSION OF THE PROPOSED VERTICAL
 BUILDING SIGN FROM THE BUILDING WALL FACE, INCLUDING
 THE SUPPORT BRACKETS. THIS MAY BE NO GREATER THAN SEVEN
 FEET TOTAL AND THE SUPPORT BRACKETS MAY NOT EXTEND MORE
 THAN TWO FEET FROM THE WALL FACE.
  
 7) PROVIDE THE HEIGHT OF THE VERTICAL BUILDING SIGN
 FROM GRADE. THIS MUST BE A MINIMUM OF TEN FEET.
  
 A COPY OF THESE COMMENTS HAS BEEN SENT TO VINCENT
 GRIFFITH AT CITYPLACE.
