 MATCH. REVISE AS REQUIRED TO MATCH. NOTE: SEC.
 R803.2.3.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL REQUIRES 8D COMMON RING
 SHANK NAILS MIN.
  
 B) REVISE GABLE END DIAGRAM SHOWN ON SHEET S-3 UNDER
 THE PLYWOOD ROOF SHEET DIAPHRAGM SCHEDULE. ACCORDING TO
 FIGURE R803.2.3.1 WHOLE GABLE END IS CONSIDERED AS ROOF
 ZONE #3. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 C) INFORMATION ON TYPICAL ROOF SHEATHING DETAIL ON
 SHEET S-3 IS NOT LEGIBLE. THERE IS INFORMATION THAT IS
 OVERLAPPED. REVISE AS REQUIRED. SEC.107.2.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS. ALSO, THEE ARE MANY AREAS IN THIS SHEET
 REFERENCING THE 2010 FBC. CURRENT CODE IS THE 2017 FBC.

 WALLS?. IF SO PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS UNDER A SEPARATE FENCE PERMIT.
 COORDINATE WITH ZONING. SEC. 105.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 9- FLOOR PLANS TO SPECIFY RVALUE INSULATION AT ADJACENT
 WALL BETWEEN GARAGE AND A/C AREAS AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 R103.2 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION. NOTE: THERE IS A
 CONCRETE BLOCK WALL AND METAL FRAMED WALL. SEE FLOOR
 PLAN.
  
 10- ENERGY CALCULATIONS:
 A)THE BUILDING?S OWNER, THE OWNER?S ARCHITECT OR OTHER
 AUTHORIZED AGENT LEGALLY DESIGNATED BY THE OWNER SHALL
 CERTIFY THAT THE BUILDING IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 CODE PRIOR TO RECEIVING THE PERMIT AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 R103.1.1.2 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION.
  
 B) PROVIDE COMPLETE INFORMATION ON TOP OF FORM,
 INCLUDING OWNER'S NAME, BUILDER'S NAME, PERMIT OFFICE,

 C) EXTERIOR WALL INSULATION SPECIFIED ON ITEM #9
 DOESN'T MATCH PLANS AND NEED TO COORDINATE INSULATION
 R-VALUE FOR ADJACENT WALL BETWEEN GARAGE AND MAIN
 HOUSE. NOTE: CONCRETE BLOCK WALL AND METAL FRAMED WALL.

 ICC EVALUATION REPORT (2 COPIES) FOR THE ICYNENE
 INSULATION TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH SEC. R316

 WRITING PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL TO THIS OFFICE.
