 BUILDING REVIEW MAY BE APPROVED WITH PROVISO. PROVISO
 MEANS CONTRACTOR WILL SUBMIT REQUIRED INFORMATION AFTER
 THE PERMIT IS ISSUED BUT BEFORE INSPECTIONS TO AVOID
 CONFLICTS/DELAYS. REVISION FEES MAY APPLY. CONTRACTOR
 TO ADVICE IF PROVISO OPTION IS PREFERRED AT THIS TIME
 OR IF RE-SUBMITTING REQUIRED INFORMATION BEFORE PERMIT

 1- REVISE DRAINAGE PLAN SHOWN ON SHEET C-1. BASED ON
 THE GRADE ELEVATIONS ON THE REAR OF THE LOT, IT LOOKS
 LIKE THE WATER IS BEING DIVERTED TO THE NEIGHBOR.
 REVISE AS REQUIRED SO WATER IS KEPT WITHIN THE LOT OR
 DIVERTED TO AN APPROVED COLLECTION POINT.

 THEREFORE, DIVERTING THE WATER TOWARD THE REAR REAR
 PROPERTY. REVISE AS REQUIRED.

 THE HOUSE WAS ROTATED 315 DEGREES. THIS IS
 CONTRADICTORY. THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS NEED TO BE DONE
 FOR THE ACTUAL ORIENTATION OF THE BUILDING. REVISE AS
 REQUIRED. SEC. R101.5.1.1.2 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION.
