 1.) SHOW SETBACK DISTANCE OF THE A/C UNIT COMPRESSOR IN
 THE SITE PLAN. PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY MECHANICAL
 EQUIPMENT CANNOT PROJECT MORE THAN 4 FT. INTO A

 2.) HOW HIGH IS THE STOOP ON THE SIDE OF THE PROPERTY?
 A STOOP LESS THAN 3 FT. ABOVE GRADE MAY ENCROACH INTO A
 SETBACK TO A POINT NO CLOSER THAN 2 FT. TO THE PROPERTY
 LINE. STOOPS GREATER THAN 3 FT. ABOVE GRADE SHALL
 COMPLY WITH THE SETBACK REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PRIMARY
 STRUCTURE. PLEASE DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE BY SHOWING
 ADDITIONAL DRAWINGS AND SETBACK DISTANCE FROM THE
