 CODE: FBC 6TH EDITION (2017) AND CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 1- REVISE DRAINAGE PLAN SHOWN ON SHEET C-1. BASED ON
 THE GRADE ELEVATIONS ON THE REAR OF THE LOT, IT LOOKS
 LIKE THE WATER IS BEING DIVERTED TO THE NEIGHBOR.
 REVISE AS REQUIRED SO WATER IS KEPT WITHIN THE LOT OR
 DIVERTED TO AN APPROVED COLLECTION POINT.

 FBC 110.9 (IMPACT OF CONSTRUCTION)
  
 2- SHEET 1 OF 7: ENGINEER TO REVISE THE DESIGN
 PRESSURES SHOWN ON THE EXTERIOR ELEVATIONS. DESIGN
 PRESSURES SHOWN DON'T CORRESPOND TO EXPOSURE "D". ALSO,
 CLARIFY WHAT ARE THE "OPENING DESIGN PRESSURE, PSF"
 SHOWN ON THE UPPER RIGHT SIDE OF DRAWING FOR. THEY
 DON'T MATCH DESIGN PRESSURES SHOWN ON EXTERIOR
 ELEVATIONS EITHER.
  
 3- SHEET D1: REVISE DESIGN CRITERIA SHOWN ON THE TOP
 MIDDLE OF THE SHEET:
 A) THE EXPOSURE CATEGORY IS "D" NOT "C". NOTE:
 COORDINATE WITH ITEM #2 ABOVE. SEC. R301.2.1.4
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 B)REVISE AND CLEARLY SPECIFY ALL THE LIVE AND DEAD
 LOADS ON THE ROOF TRUSSES. CLEARLY SPECIFY THE TOP AND
 BOTTOM CHORDS LIVE AND DEAD LOADS. NOTE: REVISE THE
 ATTIC LIVE LOAD (BOTTOM OF TRUSS CHORD). ACCORDING TO
 NOTES "B" AND "G" OF TABLE R301.5 FBC-RESIDENTIAL THE
 MIN. LIVE LOAD IS 20 POUNDS.
  
 4- FLOOR PLAN ON SHEET 2 OF 7 DOESN'T PROVIDE ANY
 SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE INSULATION IN THE WALLS BETWEEN
 THE GARAGE AND THE REST OF THE HOUSE. PROVIDE
 SPECIFICATIONS. NOTE: COORDINATE WITH THE ENERGY
 CALCULATIONS TO AVOID CONFLICT/DELAYS. SEC. R103.2
 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION.
  
 5- ENERGY CALCULATIONS:
 A) PROVIDE COMPLETE INFORMATION ON TOP OF FORM,
 INCLUDING OWNER'S NAME. SEC. R101.5.1.1.2 FBC-ENERGY
 CONSERVATION.
  
 B)ITEM #5 ON PAGE 1 OF 5 STATES THAT THIS IS NOT A
 WORST CASE SCENARIO BUT ON PAGE 2 OF 5 IT SHOWS THAT
 THE HOUSE WAS ROTATED 315 DEGREES. THIS IS
 CONTRADICTORY. THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS NEED TO BE DONE
 FOR THE ACTUAL ORIENTATION OF THE BUILDING. REVISE AS
 REQUIRED. SEC. R101.5.1.1.2 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION.
  
 C)PROVIDE WINDOWS AND DOORS DOCUMENTATION FROM
 MANUFACTURER SHOWING THE SHGC FACTOR AND U-FACTOR
 EFFICIENCIES SHOWN ON ITEM #7 ON PAGE 1 OF 5. SEC.
 R405.4.3 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION. NOTE: THIS IS ONLY
 REQUIRED WHEN PERSON DOING THE CALCULATIONS IS NOT
 USING THE PROGRAM DEFAULT FACTORS.
  
 D) CEILING R-VALUE INSULATION ON ITEM #10 DOESN'T MATCH
 PLANS. REVISE AS REQUITED TO MATCH. SEC. R101.5.1.1.2
 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION.
  
 E) PROVIDE THE NAME OF PERSON PERFORMING THE ANALYSIS
 AND GENERATING THE REPORT AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 R405.4.2.1 FBC- ENERGY CONSERVATION.
  
 F) REVISE THE ATTIC VENT RATIO ON PAGE 2 OF 5. THE
 RATIO IS 1/150 NOT 1/300. SEC. R806.2 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
 OR, PROVIDE COMPLETE DOCUMENTATION SHOWING COMPLIANCE
 WITH THE 1/300 RATIO AS REQUIRED BY THE EXCEPTION ON
 SEC. R806.2 AND COORDINATE WITH ENGINEER OF RECORD SO
 PLANS ARE REVISED ACCORDINGLY.
  
 G) REVISE WINDOWS ORIENTATION AND AREA ON PAGE 3 OF 5
 TO MATCH ACTUAL ORIENTATION AND AREA SHOWN ON PLANS.

 IS NO NEED TO SPECIFY NOA ON DRAWINGS. JUST REVIEW IN
 WRITING THE ACTUAL PRODUCT APPROVAL.
  
 8-VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS,
 CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL FEES AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS. VALUATION WAS UPDATED TO $264,094. THE
 PERMIT FEE BALANCE IS $4617.18.
  
 9- FOUNDATION PLAN (SHEET 4 OF 7) IS MISSING THE
 ENGINEER'S OF RECORD SEAL. CHAPTER 471 F.S.
