 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) NOT ALL EXISTING STRUCTURES IN THE SURVEY ARE
 DEPICTED IN THE SITE PLAN. PLEASE SHOW FOR CONSISTENCY
 (I.E. SHED, PAVERED WALKWAY, ETC.).
  
 2.) SHOW ALL SETBACK DIMENSIONS FOR THE PROPOSED
 ADDITION. NOT ALL SIDES OF THE PROPOSED ADDITION HAVE
 BEEN DIMENSIONED. SETBACK DIMENSIONS SHALL BE
 CONSISTENT WITH THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS IN ZLDR
 S.94-72(A)(2).
  
 3.) SIDE SETBACK SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF 5 FT. PER SIDE
 AND 15 FT. TOTAL ON BOTH SIDES. PROPOSED SIDE SETBACK
 DOES NOT MEET THIS REQUIREMENT. PLEASE ADDRESS. [ZLDR

 4.) HEIGHT OF THE STRUCTURE SHALL BE MEASURED FROM THE
 MEAN GRADE OF THE LOT (NOT AFF) TO THE MID-HEIGHT LEVEL
 BETWEEN EAVES AND RIDGE FOR GABLE ROOFS. ALSO NOTE THAT
 THE STRUCTURE CANNOT EXCEED 30 FT. IN HEIGHT. [ZLDR
 S.94-72(A)(2)]
  
 5.) NORTH ELEVATION SEEMS TO BE INCONSISTENT WITH THE
 FLOOR PLAN. PLEASE ADDRESS.
  
 6.) WILL THE EXISTING DRIVEWAY BE EXTENDED TO THE NEW
 GARAGE? IF SO, PLEASE ILLUSTRATE AND PROVIDE
 DIMENSIONS, INCLUDING SETBACK(S) FROM THE PROPERTY
 LINE(S). ALSO NOTE THAT A MINIMUM OF 1,000 SQ. FT. OF
 LANDSCAPED AREA SHALL BE MAINTAINED WITHIN THE REQUIRED
 FRONT YARD (FIRST 25 FT. OF THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE).
 CALCULATIONS DEMONSTRATING COMPLIANCE IS REQUIRED.

 7.) THE VALUE OF THE CONSTRUCTION ($285,000.00) EXCEEDS
 50% OF THE STRUCTURE'S VALUE ($189,617.00) ACCORDING TO
 THE P.B.C. PROPERTY APPRAISER'S OFFICE; THEREFORE,
 PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-441(C)(2) OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), THE LANDSCAPE ON THE
 SITE SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE
 REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZLDR. IF THE
 SITE CONFORMS TO ARTICLE XIV, THEN TWO (2) COPIES OF A
 LANDSCAPE PLAN DEMONSTRATING COMPLIANCE SHALL BE
 INCLUDED WITH THE PERMIT RE-SUBMITTAL. IF THE SITE DOES
 NOT CONFORM TO ARTICLE XIV, THEN PRIOR TO THE ZONING
 APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT AND
 IRRIGATION PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED SHOWING MATERIAL
 TO BRING THE SITE INTO CONFORMITY.
