 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) ENTRANCE GATE ALONG EAST LAKEWOOD ROAD SHALL NOT
 EXCEED 6 FT. IN HEIGHT AS MEASURED FROM GRADE (FROM THE
 OUTSIDE WALL). PLEASE NOTE THAT THE HEIGHT INCLUDES ANY
 STRUCTURAL FEATURES (I.E. STEPS, ETC.) THE ENTRANCE
 WALL MAY SIT ON. [2/11/19 REPEAT COMMENT]
  
 2.) THERE ARE STRUCTURES IN THE SITE PLAN (I.E. A/C
 UNIT COMPRESSOR, ETC.) THAT ARE NOT REFLECTED IN THE
 SURVEY. PLEASE ADDRESS FOR CONSISTENCY.
  
 3.) ENLARGED EAST GATE DETAIL SHOWS THAT THE GATE WILL
 BE 3.2 FT. IN HEIGHT (DOES NOT INCLUDE THE SPACE
 ELEVATED FROM THE GROUND); HOWEVER, THE SITE WALL, AS
 NOTED IN THE PLAN, IS ONLY 3 FT. TALL. THIS SEEMS TO BE
 A DISCREPANCY. PLEASE ADDRESS.
  
 4.) ALL PLANS MUST CLEARLY SHOW THE PROPERTY LINE AND
 SETBACK DISTANCES FROM THE PROPERTY LINE.
  
 NOTES:
  
 * SCOPE OF WORK ($35,000.00) DOES NOT EXCEED 50% VALUE
 OF THE STRUCTURE PER 2018 PAPA IMPROVEMENT VALUE
 ($139,719).
