 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) SURVEY OF THE PROPERTY IS MISSING FROM THE PERMIT
 APPLICATION. PLEASE PROVIDE AN UPDATED, SIGNED AND
 SEALED SURVEY OF THE PROPERTY.
  
 2.) SITE PLAN MUST BE CONSISTENT WITH THE FEATURES IN
 THE SURVEY OF THE PROPERTY. PROPERTY LINES AND SETBACK
 DIMENSIONS SHALL ALSO BE CLEARLY PROVIDED IN THE SITE
 PLAN.
  
 3.) SITE PLAN SHOWS AN ENTRANCE GATE WITH NO PERIMETER
 WALL. IS A WALL PROPOSED? IF SO, DETAILS WILL NEED TO
 BE PROVIDED IN THE SITE PLAN.
  
 4.) ENTRANCE GATE ALONG EAST LAKEWOOD ROAD SHALL NOT
 EXCEED 6 FT. IN HEIGHT AS MEASURED FROM GRADE (FROM THE
 OUTSIDE WALL). PLEASE NOTE THAT THE HEIGHT INCLUDES ANY
 STRUCTURAL FEATURES (I.E. STEPS, ETC.) THE ENTRANCE
 WALL MAY SIT ON. [ZLDR S.94-302(B)]
  
 5.) STEPS WHICH ARE 3 FT. OR LESS ABOVE GRADE MAY
 ENCROACH INTO ANY REQUIRED SETBACK AREA TO A POINT NO
 CLOSER THAN 2 FT. TO THE PROPERTY LINE. PROPOSED
 ENTRANCE GATE STEPS DO NOT SEEM TO MEET THIS ZONING
