 UNDERESTIMATED ON THE APPLICATION, THE PERMIT SHALL BE
 DENIED, UNLESS THE APPLICANT CAN SHOW DETAILED,
 QUANTITY ESTIMATES, AND/OR BONA FIDE SIGNED CONTRACTS

 RETURNED STAMPED AND WITH A COPY OF THE RECEIPT AS
 APPLICABLE. PLEASE PROVIDE THE MUNICIPAL IMPACT FEE
 QUESTIONNAIRE FORM TO THE PBC IMPACT FEE OFFICE. THE

 3. NEW INTERIOR WALLS IN BEDROOM #1 ARE NOT INCLUDED IN
 DESCRIPTION OF WORK ON PERMIT APPLICATION. IF THIS WORK
 IS TO BE INCORPORATED INTO THIS PERMIT, INCLUDE THE SOW
 ON APPLICATION.
  
 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 DIMENSIONED AND DRAWN UPON SUITABLE MATERIAL.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY
 TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK
 PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE
 PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES,
 RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL.
  
 4. SLAB REPAIR DETAIL ON PLAN PAGE D-1 IS LACKING
 TRANSFER DOWELS FROM NEW TO EXISTING. DESIGNER TO
 PROVIDE DETAIL.
  
 5. INTERIOR WALL AT FIREPLACE APPEARS TO CHANGE TYPE OF
 CONSTRUCTION FROM THE EXISTING PLAN TO THE PROPOSED
 PLAN. PLEASE CLARIFY WHAT IS CHANGING AT THIS WALL
 SECTION.
  
 6. GLAZING AT BATHTUB SHALL CONFORM THE FBC R308.
  
 R308.4.5 GLAZING AND WET SURFACES.
 GLAZING IN WALLS, ENCLOSURES OR FENCES CONTAINING OR
 FACING HOT TUBS, SPAS, WHIRLPOOLS, SAUNAS, STEAM ROOMS,
 BATHTUBS, SHOWERS AND INDOOR OR OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOLS
 WHERE THE BOTTOM EXPOSED EDGE OF THE GLAZING IS LESS
 THAN 60 INCHES (1524 MM) MEASURED VERTICALLY ABOVE ANY
 STANDING OR WALKING SURFACE SHALL BE CONSIDERED TO BE A
 HAZARDOUS LOCATION. THIS SHALL APPLY TO SINGLE GLAZING
 AND EACH PANE IN MULTIPLE GLAZING.
 EXCEPTION: GLAZING THAT IS MORE THAN 60 INCHES (1524
 MM), MEASURED HORIZONTALLY AND IN A STRAIGHT LINE, FROM
 THE WATER?S EDGE OF A BATHTUB, HOT TUB, SPA, WHIRLPOOL
 OR SWIMMING POOL OR FROM THE EDGE OF A SHOWER, SAUNA OR
 STEAM ROOM.
  
 7. PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR NEW DOOR AT STUDY.
  
 FBC 107.3.4 ? PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THOSE
 PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY FAC RULE 9N-3 REVIEWED
 AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD.
 SPECIFICALLY, PROVIDE DOOR SUBMITTALS.
  
 8. LANDING AT NEW DOOR AT STUDY SHALL COMPLY WITH R311.
  
 R311.3 FLOORS AND LANDINGS AT EXTERIOR DOORS.
 THERE SHALL BE A LANDING OR FLOOR ON EACH SIDE OF EACH
 EXTERIOR DOOR. THE WIDTH OF EACH LANDING SHALL NOT BE
 LESS THAN THE DOOR SERVED. EVERY LANDING SHALL HAVE A
 MINIMUM DIMENSION OF 36 INCHES (914 MM) MEASURED IN THE
 DIRECTION OF TRAVEL. EXTERIOR LANDINGS SHALL BE
 PERMITTED TO HAVE A SLOPE NOT TO EXCEED 1/4 UNIT
 VERTICAL IN 12 UNITS HORIZONTAL (2-PERCENT).
 R311.3.2 FLOOR ELEVATIONS FOR OTHER EXTERIOR DOORS.
 DOORS OTHER THAN THE REQUIRED EGRESS DOOR SHALL BE
 PROVIDED WITH LANDINGS OR FLOORS NOT MORE THAN 73/4
 INCHES (196 MM) BELOW THE TOP OF THE THRESHOLD.
  
 9. PROVIDE FOUNDATION DETAIL FOR FLOOR JOIST PIERS.
  
 10. PROVIDE UNDER FLOOR VENTILATION PER R408.
  
 R408.2 OPENINGS FOR UNDER-FLOOR VENTILATION.
 THE MINIMUM NET AREA OF VENTILATION OPENINGS SHALL BE
 NOT LESS THAN 1 SQUARE FOOT (0.0929 M2) FOR EACH 150
 SQUARE FEET (14 M2) OF UNDER-FLOOR AREA. ONE
 VENTILATION OPENING SHALL BE WITHIN 3 FEET (915 MM) OF
 EACH CORNER OF THE BUILDING. VENTILATION OPENINGS SHALL
 BE COVERED FOR THEIR HEIGHT AND WIDTH WITH ANY OF THE
 FOLLOWING MATERIALS PROVIDED THAT THE LEAST DIMENSION
 OF THE COVERING SHALL NOT EXCEED 1/4 INCH (6.4 MM):
 1. 1.PERFORATED SHEET METAL PLATES NOT LESS THAN 0.070
 INCH (1.8 MM) THICK.
 2. 2.EXPANDED SHEET METAL PLATES NOT LESS THAN 0.047
 INCH (1.2 MM) THICK.
 3. 3.CAST-IRON GRILL OR GRATING.
 4. 4.EXTRUDED LOAD-BEARING BRICK VENTS.
 5. 5.HARDWARE CLOTH OF 0.035 INCH (0.89 MM) WIRE OR
 HEAVIER.
 6. 6.CORROSION-RESISTANT WIRE MESH, WITH THE LEAST
 DIMENSION BEING 1/8 INCH (3.2 MM) THICK.
 EXCEPTION: THE TOTAL AREA OF VENTILATION OPENINGS SHALL
 BE PERMITTED TO BE REDUCED TO 1/1,500 OF THE
 UNDER-FLOOR AREA WHERE THE GROUND SURFACE IS COVERED
 WITH AN APPROVED CLASS I VAPOR RETARDER MATERIAL AND
 THE REQUIRED OPENINGS ARE PLACED TO PROVIDE CROSS
 VENTILATION OF THE SPACE. THE INSTALLATION OF OPERABLE
 LOUVERS SHALL NOT BE PROHIBITED.
  
 R408.3 UNVENTED CRAWL SPACE.
 VENTILATION OPENINGS IN UNDER-FLOOR SPACES SPECIFIED IN
 SECTIONS R408.1 AND R408.2 SHALL NOT BE REQUIRED WHERE
 THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE PROVIDED:
 7. EXPOSED EARTH IS COVERED WITH A CONTINUOUS CLASS I
 VAPOR RETARDER. JOINTS OF THE VAPOR RETARDER SHALL
 OVERLAP BY 6 INCHES (152 MM) AND SHALL BE SEALED OR
 TAPED. THE EDGES OF THE VAPOR RETARDER SHALL EXTEND NOT
 LESS THAN 6 INCHES (152 MM) UP THE STEM WALL AND SHALL
 BE ATTACHED AND SEALED TO THE STEM WALL OR INSULATION.
 8. 2.ONE OF THE FOLLOWING IS PROVIDED FOR THE
 UNDER-FLOOR SPACE:
 1. CONTINUOUSLY OPERATED MECHANICAL EXHAUST VENTILATION
 AT A RATE EQUAL TO 1 CUBIC FOOT PER MINUTE (0.47 L/S)
 FOR EACH 50 SQUARE FEET (4.7 M2) OF CRAWL SPACE FLOOR
 AREA, INCLUDING AN AIR PATHWAY TO THE COMMON AREA (SUCH
 AS A DUCT OR TRANSFER GRILLE), AND PERIMETER WALLS
 INSULATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE,
 ENERGY CONSERVATION.
 2. CONDITIONED AIR SUPPLY SIZED TO DELIVER AT A RATE
 EQUAL TO 1 CUBIC FOOT PER MINUTE (0.47 L/S) FOR EACH 50
 SQUARE FEET (4.7 M2) OF UNDER-FLOOR AREA, INCLUDING A
 RETURN AIR PATHWAY TO THE COMMON AREA (SUCH AS A DUCT
 OR TRANSFER GRILLE), AND PERIMETER WALLS INSULATED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, ENERGY
 CONSERVATION.
 3. PLENUM IN EXISTING STRUCTURES COMPLYING WITH SECTION
 M1601.5, IF UNDER-FLOOR SPACE IS USED AS A PLENUM.
  
 R408.4 ACCESS.
 ACCESS SHALL BE PROVIDED TO ALL UNDER-FLOOR SPACES.
 ACCESS OPENINGS THROUGH THE FLOOR SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF
 18 INCHES BY 24 INCHES (457 MM BY 610 MM). OPENINGS
 THROUGH A PERIMETER WALL SHALL BE NOT LESS THAN 16
 INCHES BY 24 INCHES (407 MM BY 610 MM). WHERE ANY
 PORTION OF THE THROUGH-WALL ACCESS IS BELOW GRADE, AN
 AREAWAY NOT LESS THAN 16 INCHES BY 24 INCHES (407 MM BY
 610 MM) SHALL BE PROVIDED. THE BOTTOM OF THE AREAWAY
 SHALL BE BELOW THE THRESHOLD OF THE ACCESS OPENING.
 THROUGH WALL ACCESS OPENINGS SHALL NOT BE LOCATED UNDER
 A DOOR TO THE RESIDENCE. SEE SECTION M1305.1.4 FOR
 ACCESS REQUIREMENTS WHERE MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT IS
 LOCATED UNDER FLOORS.
  
 11. PROVIDE SITE DRAINAGE PLAN.
  
 107.2.5 SITE PLAN. THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED
 WITH THE APPLICATION FOR PERMIT SHALL BE ACCOMPANIED BY
 A SITE PLAN SHOWING TO SCALE THE SIZE AND LOCATION OF
 NEW CONSTRUCTION AND EXISTING STRUCTURES ON THE SITE,
 DISTANCES FROM LOT LINES, THE ESTABLISHED STREET GRADES
 AND THE PROPOSED FINISHED GRADES, DEPICTING THE
 PROPOSED LOT DRAINAGE AND, AS APPLICABLE, FLOOD HAZARD
 AREAS, FLOODWAYS, AND DESIGN FLOOD ELEVATIONS; AND IT
 SHALL BE DRAWN IN ACCORDANCE WITH AN ACCURATE AND
 INCLUDED ON A BOUNDARY LINE SURVEY.
  
 FBC R401.3 SITE DRAINAGE
 PROVIDE TWO SETS OF A SITE DRAINAGE PLAN SHOWING
 COMPLIANCE WITH FBC R401.3 DRAINAGE.
 SURFACE DRAINAGE SHALL BE DIVERTED TO A STORM SEWER
 CONVEYANCE OR OTHER APPROVED POINT OF COLLECTION THAT
 DOES NOT CREATE A HAZARD.
 LOTS SHALL BE GRADED TO DRAIN SURFACE WATER AWAY FROM
 FOUNDATION WALLS. THE GRADE SHALL FALL A MINIMUM OF 6
 INCHES WITHIN THE FIRST 10 FEET.
 EXCEPTION: WHERE LOT LINES, WALLS, SLOPES OR OTHER
 PHYSICAL BARRIERS PROHIBIT 6 INCHES OF FALL WITHIN 10
 FEET, DRAINS OR SWALES SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED TO ENSURE
 DRAINAGE AWAY FROM THE STRUCTURE.
 IMPERVIOUS SURFACES WITHIN 10 FEET OF THE BUILDING
 FOUNDATION SHALL BE SLOPED A MINIMUM OF
 2 PERCENT AWAY FROM THE BUILDING.
