 1- UNDER THE 2017 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING CODE, THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD HAS NOT LISTED WHICH METHOD THE
 PLANS WERE CREATED. 2017 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING CODE
 SECTION 301.1. THE ALTERATION, CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY,
 ADDITION OR RELOCATION OF ALL EXISTING BUILDINGS SHALL
 COMPLY WITH ONE OF THE METHODS LISTED IN SECTIONS
 301.1.1 THROUGH 301.1.3 AS SELECTED BY THE APPLICANT.
 SECTIONS 301.1.1 THROUGH 301.1.3 SHALL NOT BE APPLIED
 IN COMBINATION WITH EACH OTHER. PLEASE NOTE FOR THIS
 ROOM IT IS CONSIDERED A CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY.
  
 2- THERE ARE MANY BUILDINGS IN THIS PROPERTY. PROVIDE
 PLOT PLAN SHOWING LOCATION OF BUILDING WHERE WORK IS
 TAKEN PLACE. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 3- REVISE PROJECT DATA INFORMATION ON SHEET A0: THIS IS
 NOT ALTERATION LEVEL II. THIS IS CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY.

 APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF CHAPTER 10 WILL APPLY. REVISE AS
 REQUIRED.
  
 4- OCCUPANCY LOADS ON SHEET A0 INDICATES OCCUPANCY
 FACTORY (F) AND CONFERENCE AREA. CLEARLY SPECIFY TYPE
 OF FACTORY. F1 OR F2. SEE SEC. 306 FBC.
  
 5- PROJECT DATA ON SHEET AO DOESN'T SPECIFY IF THIS
 BUILDING IS SPRINKLERED OR NOT. SEC. 107.3.5.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
  
 6- A)FACTORY USE AND ASSEMBLY USE ARE MIXED
 OCCUPANCIES. SEE 2017 FBC-B 508.1. EACH PORTION OF A
 BUILDING SHALL BE INDIVIDUALLY CLASSIFIED IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH SECTION 302.1. WHERE A BUILDING CONTAINS MORE THAN
 ONE OCCUPANCY GROUP, THE BUILDING OR PORTION THEREOF
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE APPLICABLE PROVISIONS OF SECTION
 508.2, 508.3 OR 508.4, OR A COMBINATION OF THESE
 SECTIONS.
  
 B) CLARIFY WHY COVER SHEET AND TITLE BLOCK ON ALL PLANS
 INDICATE THAT THIS IS "ADMINISTRATION BLDG. CONFERENCE
 ROOM". THIS BUILDING DOESN'T SEEM TO BE THE
 ADMINISTRATION BUILDING. IS THERE A FACTORY IN THE
 ADMINISTRATION BUILDING?. COORDINATE WITH ITEM ABOVE
 AND REVISE AS REQUIRED. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.

 2017 FBC-B SECTION 1010.1.2.1 DIRECTION OF SWING. PIVOT
 OR SIDE-HINGED SWINGING DOORS SHALL SWING IN THE
 DIRECTION OF EGRESS TRAVEL WHERE SERVING A ROOM OR AREA
 CONTAINING AN OCCUPANT LOAD OF 50 OR MORE PERSONS.

 ALL BUILDINGS UNDERGOING A CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY
 CLASSIFICATION SHALL COMPLY WITH SECTION 1012.8.
 EXIST. BLDG. CODE. 1012.8 ACCESSIBILITY EXISTING
 BUILDINGS THAT UNDERGO A CHANGE OF GROUP OR OCCUPANCY
 CLASSIFICATION SHALL COMPLY WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, ACCESSIBILITY.
  
 A) PLEASE SHOW HOW COMPLIANCE WITH SEC. 202.4 FLORIDA
 ACCESSIBILITY CODE ( 2012 EDITION). SHOW PATH OF TRAVEL

 THERMAL ENVELOPE ON PLANS AS REQUIRED BY SEC. C103.2.1
 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION.

 16 VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION SEEMS
 TO BE LOW BASED ON ALL THE SCOPE OF WORK SHOWN ON
 PLANS. VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS,
 CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND ALL DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL FEES AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS. REVISE AS REQUIRED OR PROVIDE COPIES OF

 17- WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE
 REVISION & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES
 AS NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
