 THROUGH DEPARTMENTAL POLICY, OTHER STANDARDS FOR PLANS
 AND SPECIFICATIONS, IN ORDER TO PROVIDE CONFORMITY TO
 ITS RECORD RETENTION PROGRAM. THIS POLICY MAY INCLUDE
 SUCH THINGS, CLARITY, OR OTHER ITEMS RELATED TO RECORDS
 MANAGEMENT. ELECTRONIC MEDIA MUST BE COMPATIBLE WITH
 THE ARCHIVE REQUIREMENTS OF FLORIDA STATUTES.

 3B) SINCE THE SCOPE OF WORK IS IN (2) BUILDINGS, IN (2)
 LOCATIONS AND FOR TRACKING PURPOSES (INSPECTIONS)
 THIS PERMIT SHOULD BE BROKEN DOWN INTO (2) SEPARATE
 PERMITS WITH SEPARATE IDENTITIES,( EXAMPLE BUILDING A
 OR BUILDING C), PLEASE ALSO SPLIT THE VALUE OF THE

 EXISTING BUILDINGS SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH APPROVED
 ADDRESS IDENTIFICATION.
