2018-12-14 10:13:531) THIS BUILDING WAS BUILT IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 FEDERAL FAIR HOUSING ACT AND THE LEVEL OF ACCESSIBILITY
 MUST BE MAINTAINED. A 30 INCH WIDE MINIMUM BY 48 INCH
 DEEP MINIMUM CLEAR FLOOR SPACE MUST BE PROVIDED
 ADJACENT TO THE SHOWER AND BEGINNING FLUSH WITH THE
 CONTROL WALL OF THE SHOWER. SHOW THE REQUIRED CLEAR
 FLOOR SPACE ON BOTH DRAWINGS. NO PLUMBING FIXTURES MAY
 ENCROACH INTO THIS CLEAR FLOOR SPACE.
 2) THE EXISTING BACKING FOR FUTURE GRAB BARS SHALL NOT
 BE REMOVED.
 3) SUBMIT MANUFACTURER'S SPCEIFICATIONS FOR THE FIRE
 CAULKING TO BE USED. WPB AMEND. TO FBC SEC. 107.2.1.
 4) SUBMIT DETAILS AS TO HOW THE ACRYLIC WALL SYSTEM
 WILL BE SECURED TO THE EXISTING TILE WALL.WPB AMEND. TO
 FBC SEC. 107.2.1. IF AN ADHESIVE IS TO BE USED, SUBMIT
 SPECIFICATIONS.WPB AMEND. TO FBC SEC. 107.2.1.
 5) SUBMIT MANUFACTURER'S SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE
 PREFABRICATED SHOWER BASE AND WALL SYSTEM. THE UNIT
 SHALL COMPLY WITH 2017 FBC-PLUMBING SEC.417.1 AND ASME
 A112.19/CSA B45.1 OR CSA B45.5/IAPMO Z 124.
 6) THE NEW SHOWER VALVE SHALL BE BALANCED PRESSURE,
 THERMOSTATIC, OR COMBINATION
 BALANCED-PRESSURE/THERMOSTATIC AND COMPLY WITH ASSE
 1016/ASME A112.1016/CSA B125. 16 OR ASME A112.18.1/CSA
 B125.1 PER 2017 FBC PLUMBING SEC.424.3.
