 2.PLEASE PROVIDE A CONTRACTOR JOB SUMMARY OR HISTORY
 FOR THIS TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION.
 110.3.9 OTHER INSPECTIONS SERVICES. THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL MAY MAKE, OR CAUSE TO BE MADE BY OTHERS, THE
 INSPECTIONS REQUIRED BY SECTION 110. HE/SHE MAY ACCEPT
 REPORTS OF INSPECTORS OF RECOGNIZED INSPECTION
 SERVICES, PROVIDED THAT AFTER INVESTIGATION HE/SHE IS
 SATISFIED AS TO THEIR QUALIFICATIONS AND RELIABILITY. A
 CERTIFICATE CALLED FOR BY ANY PROVISION OF THE
 TECHNICAL CODES SHALL NOT BE BASED ON SUCH REPORTS
 UNLESS THE SAME ARE IN WRITING AND CERTIFIED BY A
 RESPONSIBLE OFFICER OF SUCH SERVICE.
  
 SUCH INSPECTORS SHALL BE ADEQUATELY PRESENT AT TIMES
 WORK IS UNDERWAY ON THE STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS OF THE
 BUILDING. SUCH INSPECTORS SHALL BE A REGISTERED
 ARCHITECT, OR ENGINEER, OR A PERSON LICENSED UNDER
 CHAPTER 468, PART XII, FLORIDA STATUTES. SUCH
 INSPECTORS SHALL SUBMIT WEEKLY PROGRESS REPORTS
 INCLUDING THE DAILY INSPECTIONS TO THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL, AND INCLUDING A CODE COMPLIANCE OPINION OF
 THE RESIDENT INSPECTOR. AT THE COMPLETION OF THE
 CONSTRUCTION WORK OR PROJECT, SUCH INSPECTORS SHALL
 SUBMIT A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE TO THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL, STATING THAT THE WORK WAS DONE IN COMPLIANCE
 WITH THIS CODE AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PERMITTED
 DRAWING. FINAL INSPECTION SHALL BE MADE BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL BEFORE A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY OR
 CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION IS ISSUED; AND CONFIRMATION
 INSPECTIONS MAY BE MADE AT ANY TIME TO MONITOR
 ACTIVITIES AND RESIDENT INSPECTORS.
 1.RESIDENT INSPECTOR AGREEMENT SHALL BE COMPLETED AND
 SUBMITTED IN TRIPLICATE.
 2.PROVIDE RESUME OF RESIDENT INSPECTOR.
 3.PROVIDE RESUME OF JOB INSPECTOR IF DIFFERENT FROM
 RESIDENT INSPECTOR ? (P.E., ARCH. OR 468 INSPECTOR).
 4.PROVIDE LIST OF SIMILAR PROJECTS COMPLETED BY
 CONTRACTOR.
 5.PROVIDE STRUCTURAL INSPECTION PLAN.
  
 3.PLEASE PROVIDE PRODUCT SUBMITTALS BEFORE CONSTRUCTION
 START.
 107.3.4.1 DEFERRED SUBMITTALS. FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS
 SECTION, DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ARE DEFINED AS THOSE
 PORTIONS OF THE DESIGN THAT ARE NOT SUBMITTED AT THE
 TIME OF THE APPLICATION AND THAT ARE TO BE SUBMITTED TO
 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL WITHIN A SPECIFIED PERIOD.
 DEFERRAL OF ANY SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL HAVE THE PRIOR
 APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. THE REGISTERED
 DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE SHALL LIST
 THE DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ON THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
 FOR REVIEW BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. DOCUMENTS FOR
 DEFERRED SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE
 REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE
 WHO SHALL REVIEW THEM AND FORWARD THEM TO THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL WITH A NOTATION INDICATING THAT THE DEFERRED
 SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND FOUND TO BE
 IN GENERAL CONFORMANCE TO THE DESIGN OF THE BUILDING.
 THE DEFERRED SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL NOT BE INSTALLED
 UNTIL THE DEFERRED SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN
 APPROVED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
