 INCH SCALE AT THE ENTRY OF THE NEW SPACE BEING CREATED
 YOU HAVE TO MAKE A 180 DEGREE U-TURN. THE NEW CORRIDOR
 AREA IN THE U-TURN DOES NOT PROVIDE DIMENSIONS.
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2017 ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTION
 403.5.2, CLEARANCE WIDTHS AT TURNS CANNOT BE DETERMINED
 AT THIS TIME. 107.2.1.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS
 REQUIRED.
  
 2B) SHEET A1.2 IS IN 1/16TH SCALE. PLEASE SHOW
 COMPLIANCE WITH 2017 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1 ADMINISTRATION,
 SECTION 107.2.1.3 QUALITY OF BUILDING PLANS. BUILDING
 PLANS SHALL BE DRAWN TO A MINIMUM 1/8 INCH SCALE UPON
 SUBSTANTIAL PAPER, CLOTH OR OTHER ACCEPTABLE MEDIUM.
  
 3) SHEET A2.2 IN CREATING THE NEW STORAGE SPACE 202 AND
 VANILLA SHELL TENANT SPACE 201 IT APPEARS THE BACK OF
 HOUSE EXIT PASSAGEWAY HAS BEEN CUT SHORT OF THE NEWLY
 FORMED TENANT SPACE 201.
 2017 EXISTING BUILDING CODE. 801.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.
 NOTE 4 INDICATES THAT A DOORWAY IS TO BE INFILLED, THE
 BACK OF HOUSE EXIT PASSAGEWAY. PLEASE NOTE COMMON PATH
 OF TRAVEL HAS BEEN EXCEEDED FOR MERCANTILE OR ASSEMBLY
 OCCUPANCIES AT 75 FEET AND BUSINESS OCCUPANCY AT 100
 FEET. SEE 2017 FBC-B TABLE 1006.2.1 COMMON PATH OF
 TRAVEL, (FIRE SPRINKLERED BUILDINGS).
  
 4A) IN THE NEW STORAGE SPACE 202 THERE IS A GENERAL KEY
 NOTE 6 INDICATING THESE AREAS ARE EXISTING LIGHT
 FIXTURES TO REMAIN, IS THIS CORRECT, IT WOULD APPEAR
 THIS IS STORAGE BINS THAT MAYBE ON TRACKS, PLEASE
 PROVIDE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AS TO THE USAGE?
 107.2.1.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 4B) IF THE AREA IN QUESTION IS BIN STORAGE AND ON THE
 2ND FLOOR. IT WOULD APPEAR THAT THE STRUCTURAL PLANS
 ARE NOT EVALUATING THE FLOOR SLAB LOADS FOR THE STORAGE
 OCCUPANCY SINCE ON SHEET S0.1 UNDER THE HEADING LOADING
 SCHEDULE THE OCCUPANCY TYPE IS MERCANTILE AND THE LIVE
 LOAD IS 80 PSF. SINCE THE NEW PROPOSED STORAGE
 OCCUPANCY IS NO LONGER A MERCANTILE SPACE THE LIVE
 LOADS SHOULD BE CONSIDERED FOR STORAGE EITHER 125 LBS.,
 LIGHT OR 250 LBS. HEAVY. SEE TABLE 1607.1 MINIMUM
 UNIFORMLY DISTRIBUTED LIVE LOADS 2017 FBC-B.
  
 4C)(1) 106.1 LIVE LOADS POSTED. WHERE THE LIVE LOADS
 FOR WHICH EACH FLOOR OR PORTION THEREOF OF A COMMERCIAL
 OR INDUSTRIAL BUILDING IS OR HAS BEEN DESIGNED TO
 EXCEED 50 PSF, SUCH DESIGN LIVE LOADS SHALL BE
 CONSPICUOUSLY POSTED BY THE OWNER IN THAT PART OF EACH
 STORY IN WHICH THEY APPLY, USING DURABLE SIGNS. IT
 SHALL BE UNLAWFUL TO REMOVE OR DEFACE SUCH NOTICES.

 STRINGENT EXPOSURE, ACTUAL C EXPOSURE. MISSING THE MEAN
 ROOF HEIGHT AND ASSOCIATED MULTIPLIERS. ASCE 7-10 TABLE
 30.3.1.
 PLEASE CONVERT THE VULT PRESSURES TO VASD SINCE ALL OF
 THE PRODUCT APPROVALS ARE IN VASD. 1609.3.1/ ASCE 7-10
 TABLE 30.7-2 PART 4 EXPOSURE C. SHEET A2.2 PROVIDES
 PRESSURES, IT IS UNKNOWN HOW THESE PRESSURES WERE
 DERIVED SINCE THERE IS NO WIND DESIGN CRITERIA ON THIS
 SHEET, NOR IF THEY WERE FIGURED FOR EXPOSURES C OR D
 AND WITHOUT THE MEAN ROOF HEIGHT, NOR IF THE PRESSURES
 ARE IN VULT OR VASD.

 DOCUMENT CLASSIFICATION. FL 61G-15-30.006 (3) THE
 DELEGATED ENGINEER SHALL FORWARD THE DELEGATED
 ENGINEERING DOCUMENTS TO THE ENGINEER OF RECORD FOR
 REVIEW.
  
 8) IDENTIFY GLAZING/ MULLIONS. PLEASE IDENTIFY ON THE
 PRODUCT APPROVAL BEFORE SUBMITTING TO DESIGNER OF
 RECORD AND BEFORE SUBMISSION TO THE BUILDING
 DEPARTMENT. FOR ALL PRODUCTS WITH GLAZING, PLEASE
 IDENTIFY THE OPENING WIDTH & HEIGHT, TYPE OF GLAZING,
 MULLION SIZE, LENGTH IF UNREINFORCED OR REINFORCED
 INFORMATION IF REQUIRED, ATTACHMENTS AND ASSOCIATE
 PRESSURES FOR EACH OPENING SIZE. 2017 FBC-B 1405.13.1
 INSTALLATION. WINDOWS AND DOORS SHALL BE INSTALLED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH APPROVED MANUFACTURER?S INSTRUCTIONS.
 FASTENER SIZE AND SPACING SHALL BE PROVIDED IN SUCH
 INSTRUCTIONS AND SHALL BE CALCULATED BASED ON MAXIMUM
 LOADS AND SPACING USED IN THE TESTS.
  
 9) THE STRUCTURAL SHEETS S2.2 & S2.3 BOTH INDICATE
 STRUCTURAL STEEL INSTALLATION AS PART OF THE WORK UNDER
 THIS PERMIT. PLEASE PROVIDE CODE COMPLIANCE WITH:
 WELDED OR BOLTED CONNECTIONS.
 THE CONTRACTOR IS REQUIRED TO PROVIDE WELD PROCEDURE
 SPECIFICATIONS & WELDER OPERATOR PERFORMANCE
 QUALIFICATION RECORDS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REFERENCED
 STANDARDS AT TIME OF INSPECTION.
 2017 FBC-B 2204.1 WELDING
 2017 FBC-B 2204.2 BOLTING.
  
 10) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE
 REVISION & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES
 AS NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
 EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED
 COOPERATION.
  
 A THOROUGH REVIEW OF THE PLANS COULD NOT HAPPEN SINCE
 THERE WAS A GREAT DEFICIENCY IN PLANS AND REQUIRED
 DOCUMENTATION. WITH THE NEXT PLAN REVIEW CYCLE THERE
 MAYBE ADDITIONAL REVIEW COMMENTS BECAUSE OF NEW PLANS
 AND INFORMATION LACKING UNDER THE PRIOR REVIEW.
