 1- REVISE RAS 117 CALCULATIONS SUBMITTED;
 A) CALCULATIONS SUBMITTED SPECIFY 8'-0" HEIGHT FOR THIS
 BUILDING. THIS IS INCORRECT. THIS IS A TWO STORY
 BUILDING. PROVIDE THE CORRECT MEAN ROOF HEIGHT AND
 REVISE DESIGN PRESSURES ACCORDINGLY. SEC. 1609.1 FBC
 AND CITY POLICY FOR ALL ROOFING PERMITS.
  
 B) NUMBER OF BASE SHEET FASTENING ROWS SPECIFIED (3)
 ARE INCORRECT BASED ON THE SPECIFIED DESIGN PRESSURES.
 BY RUNNING RAS 117 CALCULATIONS BASED ON THE DESIGN
 PRESSURES AND NAILING SPACING SHOWN FOR ROOF ZONE #1 I
 FOUND THAT NEED AT LEAST 5 ROWS IN THE FIELD OF THE
 SHEET FOR ROOF ZONE #3. REVISE AS REQUIRED. NOTE: RAS
 117 CALCULATIONS SEC. 8.1 DOESN'T ALLOW NAIL SPACING
 LESS THAN 4"O.C. THAT'S WHY 5 ROWS ARE REQUIRED.
  
 C) FLAT ROOF NOA 15-1020.01 DOESN'T MATCH NOA
 18-0919.12 SUBMITTED. REVISE AS REQUIRED TO MATCH. SEC.
 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 D) THERE ARE TWO BUILDING THIS PROPERTY. CLARIFY IF
 RE-ROOFING BOTH BUILDINGS OR JUST ONE. BASED ON
 PROPERTY APPRAISER THE SQUARE FOOTAGE IS +/- 5784 S.F.
 FOR BOTH BUILDING. VALUATION WAS UPDATED TO $36,150 AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 CITY AMENDMENTS. THE PERMIT FEE
 BALANCE IS $808.86.
 OR PROVIDE COPY OF SIGNED CONTRACT (BOTH PARTIES) FOR
 BUILDING OFFICIAL CONSIDERATION.
