 TYPICALLY, THE ADDRESS IS GIVEN BASED ON THE STREET
 FACING THE ENTRY OF THE BUILDING. THE PROPOSED BUILDING
 ENTRANCE IS FACING 14TH STREET. THERE WERE THREE
 BUILDINGS IN THIS PARCEL AND THEY WERE DEMOLISHED. THE
 ADDRESS FOR THE BUILDING FACING 14 STREET WAS 702 14TH
 STREET. IT LOOKS LIKE THE 702 14TH STREET ADDRESS WILL
