2019-01-09 10:38:591. PARKING LOT ACCESS SHALL BE RELOCATED TO MATCH DRIVE
 AISLE. CURB CUT RELOCATION WILL ALLOW ADDITIONAL
 PARKING SPACES ON SOUTH SIDE OF LOT. LANDSCAPE BUFFER
 (TERMINAL ISLAND) WILL BE REQUIRED.
 2. DUMPSTER IS REQUIRED TO PROVIDE BUFFER ON ALL SIDES
 (EXCEPT GATE). IF TEH WEST TERMINAL ISLAND IS LARGER
 THAN THE MINIMUM 8 FEET REQUIRED, ADDITIONAL WIDTH CAN
 BE LOCATED ON THE DUMPSTER SIDE.
 3. A TERMINAL ISLAND SHALL BE PROVIDED ADJACENT TO THE
 HANDICAP SPACE. GAP TO ACCESS THE RAMP IS ALLOWED.
 4. PARKING DETAIL SHALL MEET CITY STANDARDS (SEC 94-485
 - STALL PAINTING DETAIL).
 5. CONSIDERING THE RAMP ACCESS IS LOCATED ON THE
 ADJACENT PROPERTY THE TWO PROPERTIES SHALL BE UNIFIED.
