 PBL BLVD ADDRESSED AS 425 PALM BEACH LAKES BLVD ON THE
 ELECTRICAL SERVICE PLAN BUT NO ADDRESS IS ASSIGNED IN
 THE CITY PERMITTING SOFTWARE . THIS IS NOT CONSISTENT
 WITH THE ADDDRESS ASSIGNED TO THE PERMIT APPLICATION.
 PLEASE CORRECT THE ADDRESS ON THE APPLICATION. OBTAIN
 AN ADDRESS BY CONTACTION MICHAEL ORIO AT 561 494-1171
 OR [email protected]. THE PLAN INDICATES NO PARKING
 PROVISION, INDICATE REQUIRED PARKING AND ACCESSIBLE
 PARKING IF NEEDED. THERE IS NO PROVISION FOR ACCESS TO
 THE PROPERTY AT THE STREET TO ROAD CONNECTION. YOU MAY
 NEED TO OBTAIN A DRIVEWAY PERMIT TO PROVIDE A PROPER
 CONNECTION.THE PLAN SHOWS A FENCE WHICH REQUIRES A
 SEPARATE PERMIT.
