 FLOOR, THIS MAKES THE 3RD LEVEL A 3RD FLOOR NOT A
 MEZZANINE WITH A 2 STORY ATRIUM BETWEEN THE 2ND FLOOR
 AND 3RD FLOOR. PLEASE NOTE IF THERE ARE OPEN STAIRS
 THAT COMMUNICATE WITH THE 1ST FLOOR THEN THERE IS A 3
 STORY ATRIUM THAT WOULD COMMUNICATE.
  
 7K) PLEASE NOTE IN THE 2017 FBC DECLARING A BUILDING
 TYPE III-B IS THE EQUIVALENT TO A BUILDING TYPE V IN
 THE 1935 WEST PALM BEACH BUILDING CODE. SECTION 2202.
 TYPE V BUILDINGS SHALL NOT EXCEED A HEIGHT OF 35 FEET
 IN HEIGHT IN WHICH THERE MAY BE NO MORE THAN 2 I/2
 STORIES.
 1935 DEFINITION FOR: HEIGHT OF BUILDING. IS THE
 VERTICAL DISTANCE FROM THE GRADE TO THE HIGHEST POINT
 OF THE COPING OF A FLAT ROOFED BUILDING TO THE DECK
 LINE OF A MANSARD ROOF OR TO THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE
 HIGHEST GABLE OF A PITCH OR HIP ROOF.
  
 7L) PLEASE ALSO NOTE IN THE 1035 WEST PALM BEACH
 BUILDING CODE, THE CODE ONLY MAKES MENTION OF
 MEZZANINES IN BUILDING TYPES I AND II BUILDINGS. WHICH
 IN THE 2017 FBC-B WOULD BE TYPE I-A AND I-B TYPE
 BUILDINGS.
 PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT UNDER THE 1935 CODE TYPE II
 CONSTRUCTION WAS HEAVY TIMBER BUILDINGS COULD BE UP TO
 65 FEET IN HEIGHT, 5 STORIES, (HEAVY TIMBER BUILDINGS
 CANNOT EXCEED ONE STORY) ROOF CONSTRUCTION HEAVY
 TIMBER, FLOORS AND NON-BEARING PARTITIONS MAYBE OF
 WOOD.
