2018-12-04 09:18:251) REMOVE ALL OLD DOCUMENTS FROM THIS REVIEW PACKAGE
 AND COMPILE THE PLANS INTO TWO CCOMPLETE SETS FOR
 REVIEW. THERE ARE CURRENTLY 4 COPIES OF PLANS &
 SPECIFICATIONS IN THE PERMIT PACKAGE. WPB AMEND. TO FBC
 SECS. 107.1, 107.2.1.
 2) SHOW THE SIZE OF THE UNDERGROUND PE LINE TO THE
 GENERATOR ON THE REVISED GAS DRAWING.
 3) SIZE THE GAS LINE DOWNSTREAM OF THE REGULATOR FOR
 THE COOKTOP AND SHOW THE DISTANCE FROM THE REGULATOR TO
 THE APPLIANCE AND THE TYPE OF PIPE.
 4) WHERE CONNECTED TO RIGID PIPING, A UNION SHALL BE
 INSTALLED WITHIN ONE (1) FOOT OF EITHER SIDE OF THE MP
 REGULATOR. 2017 FBC-RESIDENTIAL SEC. G2421.2 (7), 2017
 FBC-FUEL GAS SEC. 410.2 (7).
 5) SHOW THE LOCATION OF THE MP REGULATORS FOR THE
 TANKLESS WATER HEATER AND THE DRYER.
 6) SHOW THE TYPE OF PIPE TO THE GAS DRYER.
 7) SHOW THE DISTANCE FROM THE GAS METER TO THE MOST
 REMOTE REGULATOR ON THE SYSTEM. 2017 FBC-FUEL GAS
 SEC.402.4.1, 402.4.2, OR 2017 FBC-RES. SEC. G 2413.4.1,
 G2413.4.2.
 8) THE GENERATOR SHALL BE LOCATED A MINIMUM 10 FEET
 FROM ALL BUILDING OPENINGS UNLESS THE MANUFACTURER'S
 INSTALLATION MANUAL ALLOWS A LESSER DISTANCE.
 9) THE GENERATOR SPECS SHOW THE MAXIMUM BTU LOAD OF THE
 GENERATOR AS 281,000 YET THE GAS DRAWING SHOWS THE
 GENERATOR BTU LOAD AS 330,000. CLARIFY.
  
 NOTE: CITY RECORDS DO NOT SHOW ANY PREVIOUS PERMITS FOR
 GAS INSTALLATION AT THIS ADDRESS.THE EXISTING SYSTEM
 AND APPLIANCES CAN EITHER BE INCLUDED IN THIS SCOPE OF
 WORK OR A SEPARATE PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE
 EXISTING SYSTEM. SOMEONE NEEDS TO ADDRESS THIS ISSUE
 AND SUBMIT A RESPONSE AS TO WHAT ACTION WILL BE TAKEN.
