 WITH RESPECT TO EVALUATION OF DESIGN PROFESSIONALS
 DOCUMENTS, IF A LOCAL GOVERNMENT FINDS IT NECESSARY, IN
 ORDER TO ENFORCE COMPLIANCE WITH THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE AND ISSUE A PERMIT, TO REJECT DESIGN DOCUMENTS
 REQUIRED BY THE CODE THREE OR MORE TIMES FOR FAILURE TO
 CORRECT A CODE VIOLATION SPECIFICALLY AND CONTINUOUSLY
 NOTED IN EACH REJECTION, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO,
 EGRESS, FIRE PROTECTION, STRUCTURAL STABILITY, ENERGY,
 ACCESSIBILITY, LIGHTING, VENTILATION, ELECTRICAL,
 MECHANICAL, PLUMBING, AND GAS SYSTEMS, OR OTHER
 REQUIREMENTS IDENTIFIED BY RULE OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 COMMISSION ADOPTED PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 120, THE LOCAL
 GOVERNMENT SHALL IMPOSE, EACH TIME AFTER THE THIRD SUCH
 REVIEW THE PLANS ARE REJECTED FOR THAT CODE VIOLATION,
 A FEE OF FOUR TIMES THE AMOUNT OF THE PROPORTION OF THE

 UNDER THE ROOF TRUSS REPAIR DETAIL BOX BELOW. NOW THERE
 IS MORE CONFUSION OF WHAT DETAIL APPLIES TO. ALSO, IT'
 TOO SMALL AND IS NOT LEGIBLE. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
 PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS ANS SPECIFICATIONS THAT APPLY
 TO THIS JOB. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.

 PLAN. AND, (1)ROOF SHEATHING NAILING SPECIFICATIONS IS

 DON'T SEEM TO MATCH LOCATION OF ROOF STRUCTURAL FRAMING
 MEMBERS. (3)SPECIFY ROOF SHEATHING NAIL TYPE.
 (4)CLARIFY HOW 4" X 20" @ 4' ROOF VENTS WILL PROVIDE
 CROSS VENTILATION ON A FLAT ROOF IF THERE IS NOT AIR
 SPACE IN BETWEEN THE ROOFING JOISTS TO ALLOW FOR CROSS
 VENTILATION?. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.

 4- DOORS AND WINDOWS CALCULATED DESIGN PRESSURES SHOWN
 ON SHEET A-01 ARE THE SAME FOR ALL OPENINGS. DESIGN
 PRESSURES SEEM TOO LOW FOR SOME OPENINGS. BASED ON THE
 ACTUAL OPENING EFFECTIVE AREA, WALL ZONE AND MEAN ROOF
 HEIGHT. PROVIDE THE ACTUAL DESIGN PRESSURES FOR EACH
 OPENING OR PROVIDE CALCULATIONS FOR WORST CASED
 SCENARIO THAT WILL COVER ALL OPENINGS. SEC. R301.1
