 DRAINAGE PLAN.
 SURFACE DRAINAGE SHALL BE DIVERTED TO A STORM SEWER
 CONVEYANCE OR OTHER APPROVED POINT OF COLLECTION THAT
 DOES NOT CREATE A HAZARD. LOTS SHALL BE GRADED TO DRAIN
 SURFACE WATER AWAY FROM FOUNDATION WALLS. THE GRADE
 SHALL FALL A MINIMUM OF 6 INCHES (152 MM) WITHIN THE
 FIRST 10 FEET (3048 MM).
 EXCEPTION: WHERE LOT LINES, WALLS, SLOPES OR OTHER
 PHYSICAL BARRIERS PROHIBIT 6 INCHES (152 MM) OF FALL
 WITHIN 10 FEET (3048 MM), DRAINS OR SWALES SHALL BE
 CONSTRUCTED TO ENSURE DRAINAGE AWAY FROM THE STRUCTURE.
 IMPERVIOUS SURFACES WITHIN 10 FEET (3048 MM) OF THE
 BUILDING FOUNDATION SHALL BE SLOPED A MINIMUM OF 2
 PERCENT AWAY FROM THE BUILDING.

 A. THE UNVENTED ATTIC SPACE IS COMPLETELY WITHIN THE
 BUILDING THERMAL ENVELOPE.
 SHEET A-3 NOTE SAYS FOAM INSULATION AND NO VENTS. IF NO
 VENTS THE ATTIC SPACE NEEDS TO BE IN THE THERMAL
 ENVELOPE. ICYNENE OR EQUIVALENT WOULD BE APPLIED UNDER
 ROOF DECK.
 IF IT IS TO BE ON THE ATTIC BOTTOM CHORD PROVIDE VENT
 CALCULATIONS FOR THE ATTIC SPACE.
  
 5. [FBC R302.10]PROVIDE CUT SHEET FOR ICYNENE(ICC-ES
 REPORT OR EQUAL) WITH THE TYPE SELECTED TO ESTABLISH
 THICKNESS NEEDED TO MEET REQUIRED R-VALUE, FLAME SPREAD
 INDEX AND SMOKE DEVELOPED INDEX.
  
 6. [FBC R316.5.3]IF MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT IN THE ATTIC
 SPACE THAN IT REQUIRES IGNITION BARRIER. IF AIR HANDLER
 WILL BE IN ATTIC ADD NOTE FOR IGNITION BARRIER.
  
 7. [FBC AMENDED 107.3.4.1]PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR

 ADDRESSED.
  
 NOTE:
 -PLEASE PROVIDE COMMENT RESPONSE SHEET TO EXPLAIN HOW
 EACH COMMENT IS BEING ADDRESSED.
 -ADDITIONAL COMMENTS MAY BE FORTHCOMING PENDING REVIEW
 OF MATERIALS REQUESTED.
 -WHEN RESUBMITTING, PROVIDE TWO IDENTICAL COLLATED SETS
 OF DOCUMENTS FOR ISSUANCE. OLD SHEETS (BOTH SETS)
 SHOULD BE RETAINED IN THE PACKAGE; PLEASE DO NOT
 DISCARD ANY DOCUMENTS. THEY SHOULD BE BOUND TOGETHER
 SEPARATELY FROM THE TWO ISSUANCE SETS AND MARKED "VOID"
 OR "OLD SHEETS". PLEASE DO NOT STAMP THE PLANS VOID AS
 APPLICANTS ARE INADVERTENTLY STAMPING SHEETS THAT WE
 NEED "VOID", RENDERING THEM NOT USABLE.
