 PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES TO COMMENT.
  
 1) REPEAT COMMENT: THE AREA OF WORK FOR THE PROPOSED
 BUILDING CONTAINS EXISTING TREES. PRIOR TO THE ZONING
 APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT
 MATCHING THE CURRENTLY PROPOSED LANDSCAPE PERMIT IS
 REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED TO AND APPROVED BY THE
 PLANNING DIVISION
  
 2) THE PLANS FOR THE NEW BUILDING MEET ZONING
 REQUIREMENTS.
  
 3) PLEASE NOTE THAT THE REDUCTION OF GREENSPACE IN THE
 FRONT PLAZA AREA BELOW WHAT WAS APPROVED AS PART OF THE
 SPECIAL USE SITE PLAN IS NOT PERMITTED. THIS WILL BE
 REVIEWED UNDER SEPARATE PERMIT.
  
 4) SEPARATE PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR:
  
 A. PARKING LOT, INC. STRIPING
 B. SITE LIGHTING
 C. SIGNAGE
 D. DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE
 E. BICYCLE RACKS AND PADS
 F. FRONT PLAZA AREA
 G. LANDSCAPE
 H. FENCES AND GATES
  
 ALL PERMITS LISTED ABOVE MUST PASS FINAL INSPECTIONS
 PRIOR TO THE FINAL 104 INSPECTION AND C.O. FOR THE NEW
 BUILDING.
  
 5) THE SITE PLAN HAS CHANGED FROM THE CLASS B APROVAL,
 SO A MINOR SITE PLAN AMENDMENT IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO THE
 FINAL 104 INSPECTION AND C.O.
