| 1) THE AREA OF WORK FOR THE PROPOSED BUILDING CONTAINS |
| EXISTING TREES. PRIOR TO THE ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS |
| PERMIT, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT MATCHING THE CURRENTLY |
| PROPOSED LANDSCAPE PERMIT IS REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED |
| TO AND APPROVED BY THE PLANNING DIVISION. |

| 2) THE NEW CIVIL PLANS SHOW A STORM DRAIN LINE ON THE |

| SHOW THE ACCURATE LOCATION OF THE A/C EQUIPMENT ON THE |
| NORTH SIDE OF THE BUILDING. THE SITE PLAN NEEDS TO SHOW |
| THE CORRECT LOCATION AND DIMENSIONED SIZE OF THE A/C |
| PAD, AND THE SETBACK DIMENSION OF THE A/C PAD TO THE |
| NORTHERN PROPERTY LINE. THE A/C EQUIPMENT MUST BE A |
| MINIMUM OF SIX (6) FEET FROM THE NORTHERN PROPERTY |

| REQUIRED 24 FEET IN WIDTH. NINETY DEGREE PARKING SPACES |
| ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A FULL 24 FEET OF BACK-UP SPACE. |

| 6) THE SIGN REQUIRES A SEPARATE PERMIT WITH PLANS. |

| A. THE PLAZA GREENSPACE HAS BEEN REDUCED BELOW THE |
| APPROVED AMOUNT, WHICH IS NOT PERMITTED. NO REDUCTION |
| IN THE FRONT PLAZA GREENSPACE IS PERMITTED. |
| B. THE PAD FOR THE EASTERNMOST BICYCLE RACK NEEDS TO BE |
| CONNECTED TO THE WALKWAY IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING BY A |
| PAVED AREA AS IT IS SHOWN ON THE APPROVED SITE PLAN. |
| C. ALL OF THE REVISED LANDSCAPE PLANS SHOW A REDUCTION |
| IN THE AMOUNT OF PROVIDED LANDSCAPE, YET NONE OF THE |
| DATA TABLES WERE UPDATED. THIS NEEDS TO BE CORRECTED ON |
| THE PLANS SUBMITTED AS PART OF THE LANDSCAPE PERMIT. |
