 PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES TO COMMENTS.
  
 1) THE AREA OF WORK FOR THE PROPOSED BUILDING CONTAINS
 EXISTING TREES. PRIOR TO THE ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS
 PERMIT, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT MATCHING THE CURRENTLY
 PROPOSED LANDSCAPE PERMIT IS REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED
 TO AND APPROVED BY THE PLANNING DIVISION.
  
 2) THE NEW CIVIL PLANS SHOW A STORM DRAIN LINE ON THE
 WEST, NORTH AND EAST SIDES OF THE BUILDING. THE
 PROPOSED LINE DIRECTLY CONFLICTS WITH THE EXISTING
 TREES ON THE WEST PROPERTY LINE AND POTENTIALLY IMPACTS
 THE TREES ON THE NORTH AND EAST SIDES OF THE BUILDING.
 PROVIDE A REVISED LANDSCAPE PLAN SHOWING THE NEW STORM
 DRAIN LINE AND HOW IT WILL NOT NEGATIVELY IMPACT THE
 EXISTING AND PROPOSED TREES, OR RELOCATE THE STORM
 DRAIN LINE.
  
 3) THE SITE PLAN PROVIDED WITH THIS SUBMITTAL FAILS TO
 SHOW THE ACCURATE LOCATION OF THE A/C EQUIPMENT ON THE
 NORTH SIDE OF THE BUILDING. THE SITE PLAN NEEDS TO SHOW
 THE CORRECT LOCATION AND DIMENSIONED SIZE OF THE A/C
 PAD, AND THE SETBACK DIMENSION OF THE A/C PAD TO THE
 NORTHERN PROPERTY LINE. THE A/C EQUIPMENT MUST BE A
 MINIMUM OF SIX (6) FEET FROM THE NORTHERN PROPERTY
 LINE.
  
 4) THE PARKING LOT WILL REQUIRE SEPARATE PERMITTING.
 PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DRIVE AISLE FOR THE 7 PARKING
 SPACES AT THE NORTHERN ENTRANCE IS SHOWN LESS THAN THE
 REQUIRED 24 FEET IN WIDTH. NINETY DEGREE PARKING SPACES
 ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A FULL 24 FEET OF BACK-UP SPACE.
 THIS PLANS WITH THE PARKING LOT PERMIT NEED TO CLEARLY
 SHOW THAT THE 24 FEET IS PROVIDED. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE
 CIVIL AND SITE PLANS DO NOT SHOW THE SAME CONDITION IN
 THIS AREA.
  
 5) WHY IS SHEET A-1-1, TOILET ROOM INTERIOR ELEVATIONS,
 STILL INCLUDED WITH THE PERMIT APPLICATION WHEN THE
 LOUNGE AND BATHROOM ARE NO LONGER SHOWN ON SHEET A-1-0
 FLOOR PLAN?
  
 6) THE SIGN REQUIRES A SEPARATE PERMIT WITH PLANS.
 PLEASE NOTE THAT STORAGE IS NOT PERMITTED BY THE ZONING
 ON THIS SITE, SO ANY REFERENCE TO STORAGE IS NOT
 PERMITTED ON THE SIGN.
  
 7) THE SITE LIGHTING REQUIRES A SEPARATE PERMIT WITH
 PLANS. INCLUDE PHOTOMETRICS. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THE
 POLES MUST BE SETBACK A MINIMUM OF FIVE (5) FEET FROM
 THE PROPERTY LINES. THIS NEEDS TO BE CLEARLY SHOWN ON
 THE PLANS.
  
 8) THE BICYCLE RACK AND THE FRONT PLAZA HARDSCAPE
 REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT, WITH PLANS. STAFF HAS NOTED
 THE FOLLOWING CHANGES FROM THE APPROVED PLANS:
  
 A. THE PLAZA GREENSPACE HAS BEEN REDUCED BELOW THE
 APPROVED AMOUNT, WHICH IS NOT PERMITTED. NO REDUCTION
 IN THE FRONT PLAZA GREENSPACE IS PERMITTED.
 B. THE PAD FOR THE EASTERNMOST BICYCLE RACK NEEDS TO BE
 CONNECTED TO THE WALKWAY IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING BY A
 PAVED AREA AS IT IS SHOWN ON THE APPROVED SITE PLAN.
 C. ALL OF THE REVISED LANDSCAPE PLANS SHOW A REDUCTION
 IN THE AMOUNT OF PROVIDED LANDSCAPE, YET NONE OF THE
 DATA TABLES WERE UPDATED. THIS NEEDS TO BE CORRECTED ON
 THE PLANS SUBMITTED AS PART OF THE LANDSCAPE PERMIT.
  
 9) THE REPLACEMENT FENCE AND GATE REQUIRE A SEPARATE
 PERMIT, WITH PLANS.
