 PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES TO COMMENTS.
  
 1) PROVIDE A SITE PLAN SHOWING THE SETBACKS OF THE
 BUILDING FROM THE PROPERTY LINES.
  
 2) THE PARKING LOT WILL REQUIRE SEPARATE PERMITTING.
 PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DRIVE AISLE FOR THE 7 PARKING
 SPACES AT THE NORTHERN ENTRANCE IS SHOWN LESS THAN THE
 REQUIRED 24 FEET IN WIDTH. NINETY DEGREE PARKING SPACES
 ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A FULL 24 FEET OF BACK-UP SPACE.
 THIS PLANS NEED TO CLEARLY SHOW THAT THE 24 FEET IS
 PROVIDED.
  
 3) PER THE SPECIAL USE PERMIT, ALL GROUND LEVEL
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT MUST BE ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE
 BUILDING.
  
 4) PLEASE DESCRIBE WHO THE LOUNGE IS FOR. THIS IS WAS
 NOT INCLUDED ON THE PLANS APPROVED AS PART OF THE
 SPECIAL USE PERMIT.
  
 5) THE SIGN REQUIRES A SEPARATE PERMIT WITH PLANS.
  
 6) THE SITE LIGHTING REQUIRES A SEPARATE PERMIT WITH
 PLANS. INCLUDE PHOTOMETRICS. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THE
 POLES MUST BE SETBACK A MINIMUM OF FIVE (5) FEET FROM
 THE PROPERTY LINES. THIS NEEDS TO BE CLEARLY SHOWN ON
 THE PLANS.
  
 7) PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING CONDITION FROM THE SPECIAL
 USE APPROVAL:
  
 THE FOLLOWING MUST BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF
 CONSTRUCTION AUTHORIZATION INCLUDING BUILDING PERMITS
 AND ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL:
 A. AN EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL PLAN WILL BE
 REQUIRED WITH THE ENGINEERING PERMIT APPLICATION
 SUBMITTAL.
 B. AN ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL APPLICATION WILL
 BE REQUIRED FROM THE ENGINEERING SERVICES DEPARTMENT.
 C. PLEASE SUBMIT THE LATEST VERSION OF THE 'AUTO-CALC
 CERTIFIED COST ESTIMATE FORM' FOR SUBMISSION TO CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT FOR ADDITIONAL
 WORK PROPOSED.
 D. SHOW THE NEAREST FIRE HYDRANT TO THIS SITE ON THE
 FINAL UTILITY PLAN. FIRE HYDRANT FLOW TEST DATA FROM
 EXISTING FIRE HYDRANT WILL BE REQUIRED PART OF THE PLAN
 SUBMITTAL. SHOW HYDRANT FLOW TEST DATA RESULT ON THE
 PLANS.
 E. ALL PROPOSED FIRE DEPARTMENT CONNECTIONS SHALL BE
 WITHIN 100 FEET OF A FIRE HYDRANT AND SHALL BE WITHIN
 AN EASEMENT WITHIN THE PROPERTY.
 F. SHOW ON THE FINAL PLANS SIZE AND MATERIAL OF ALL
 EXISTING UTILITIES ON S. DIXIE HWY INCLUDING BUT NOT
 LIMITED TO WATER, SEWER, GAS, UNDERGROUND ELECTRIC
 CONDUITS, VALVES, ETC. PLEASE IDENTIFY THE SOURCE OF
 THE AS-BUILT INFORMATION UTILIZED FOR THE POTABLE
 WATER, SANITARY SEWER, AND STORM SEWER DESIGN.
 G. FOR THE FINAL WATER AND SEWER PLANS, INCLUDE A NOTE
 THAT: AS OF DECEMBER 20, 2015 THE CITY OF WEST PALM
 BEACH CROSS-CONNECTION CONTROL MANUAL HAS BEEN REVISED,
 MAKING KNOWN THAT "ALL BACKFLOW DEVICES MUST BE LEAD
 FREE."
 H. THE CITY'S MILL AND RESURFACING LIMITS ARE 50 FEET
 ON EACH SIDE OF THE TRENCH CUT. FDOT MAINTAINS DIXIE
 HIGHWAY SO ITS REQUIREMENTS FOR MILL AND RESURFACING
 SHOULD BE FOLLOWED AND SHOWN ON THE ENGINEERING PLANS.
  
 8) THE BICYCLE RACK AND THE FRON PLAZA HARDSCAPE
 REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT, WITH PLANS.
  
 9) THE REPLACEMENT FENCE AND GATE REQUIRE A SEPARATE
 PERMIT, WITH PLANS.
