 MEANS CONTRACTOR WILL SUBMIT REQUIRED INFORMATION AFTER
 THE PERMIT IS ISSUED BUT BEFORE INSPECTIONS TO AVOID
 CONFLICTS/DELAYS. REVISION FEES APPLY. CONTRACTOR TO
 ADVICE IF PROVISO OPTION IS PREFERRED AT THIS TIME OR
 IF RE-SUBMITTING REQUIRED INFORMATION BEFORE PERMIT

 REPEAT COMMENT. THREE TIMES. THE NAME OF PERSON DOING
 THE CALCULATIONS WAS NOT PROVIDED AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 R405.4.2.1. ONLY THE SIGNATURE WAS PROVIDED.
  
 NOTE:
 ARCHITECT'S RESPONSE LETTER STATES THAT "R 405.4.2.1 IS
 COMMERCIAL CODE REFERENCE, BUT FORM IS SIGNED BY MIKEL
 ABBOTT". THIS IS INCORRECT. SECTION CITED IS CORRECT.
 THE FBC CODE-ENERGY CONSERVATION IS DIVIDED INTO
 COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL. ALL CODE SECTIONS WITH THE
 LETTER "R" BEFORE THE CODE SECTION APPLIES FOR THE
 RESIDENTIAL CODE AND ALL CODE SECTIONS WITH THE LETTER
 "C" BEFORE THE CODE SECTION APPLIES TO THE COMMERCIAL
 PROJECTS. ALSO, THIS SECTION CLEARLY STATES TO PROVIDE
 THE NAME OF THE PERSON DOING THE CALCULATIONS NOT THE
 SIGNATURE.
 I HOPE THIS CLARIFIES THE COMMENT. IF THERE ARE ANY
 QUESTIONS, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME. I WILL BE
 MORE THAN HAPPY TO ANSWER ANY QUESTION TO AVOID MORE
 DELAYS. AS YOU CAN SEE ON TOP OF THIS CHECKLIST, I WANT
 TO PASS THIS BUILDING REVIEW WITH A PROVISO BUT FEES
 WOULD APPLY IF THE CORRECTIONS ARE DONE AFTER THE

 OVERHANG DEPTH AND SEPARATION DOESN'T MATCH PLANS.

 CALCULATIONS ARE DONE FOR THE ADDITION ONLY. THERE ARE
 NOT WINDOWS ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE ADDITION. GLASS
 AREA IN THE MASTER BEDROOM NEED TO BE COUNTED. THE
 WINDOWS OVERHANG SEPARATING DOESN'T MATCH PLANS. REVISE
 AS REQUIRED.
