 FEES MAY APPLY. CONTRACTOR TO ADVICE IF PROVISO OPTION

 IS A NOTE STATING "SLOPE GRADE 1/4" PER FOOT". THIS
 INFORMATION IS INSUFFICIENT. SLOPE GRADE TOWARDS
