 FBC 110.9 (IMPACT OF CONSTRUCTION)
  
 RESPONSE:
 DRAINAGE PLAN SUBMITTED DOESN'T SEEM TO COMPLY WITH
 SEC. R401.3 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. ALSO, IT LOOKS LIKE IS
 CREATING A HAZARD BY HAVING AN 8" DROP IN THE WALKING
 SURFACE. THE SWALES SHOWN ARE MORE LIKE RETENTION PONDS
 RATHER THAN SWALES THAT DIVERT THE WATER AWAY FROM THE
 BUILDING. THE RETENTION POND BETWEEN THE ADDITION AND
 ADJACENT NEIGHBOR LOOKS LIKE IT MAY BE CREATING A POND
 PROBLEM TO THE NEIGHBOR AND TO THE ADDITION ITSELF.
 ALSO, DRAINAGE CALCULATIONS SUBMITTED DON'T SEEM TO BE
 ADEQUATE. WHERE ARE THE COEFFICIENTS TAKEN FROM?. SEE
 FIGURE 1106.1 FBC-PLUMBING FOR RAINFALL RATES IN
 FLORIDA. ALSO, SIZES OF GUTTERS AND RAIN LEADERS SHOWN
 IN THE DRAINAGE PLAN ARE ARE NOT SPECIFIED. REVISE
 DRAINAGE PLAN AS REQUIRED.
