| CONRAD REQUESTED THE FOLLOWING "A DRAINAGE CERTIFICATE |
| SHALL BE SUBMITED AT FINAL". CONTRACTOR SUBMITTED AN |
| "ELEVATION CERTIFICATE" . THIS IS NOT WHAT KEN CONRAD |
| REQUESTED. ELEVATION CERTIFICATES ARE ONLY REQUIRED FOR |
| PROPERTIES LOCATED IN A SPECIAL FLOOD ZONE. THIS |
| PROPERTY IS NO LOCATED IN A FLOOD ZONE. ELEVATION |
| CERTIFICATE IS NOT REQUIRED AND WILL NOT BE REVIEWED. |
| CONTRACTOR TO SUBMITT "DRAINAGE CERTIFICATE" AS |
| REQUESTED BY KEN CONRAD SHOWING THAT THE DRAIN SURFACE |
| WATER IS KEPT WITHIN THE LOT AND IS DIVERTED TO AN |
| APPROVED POINT OF COLLECTION. SEC. R401.3 |
