 CODE: 5TH EDITION (2014) AND CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 1- KEN CONRAD (CHIEF BUILDING INSPECTOR) PERFORMED A
 MISCELLANEOUS INSPECTION FOR RETAINING WALL AND PAVER'S
 ON 09/12/18. IT LOOKS LIKE THERE ARE SOME PROBLEMS WITH
 WATER DRAINING INTO NEIGHBOR'S PROPERTY. THEREFORE, KEN
 CONRAD REQUESTED THE FOLLOWING "A DRAINAGE CERTIFICATE
 SHALL BE SUBMITED AT FINAL". CONTRACTOR SUBMITTED AN
 "ELEVATION CERTIFICATE" . THIS IS NOT WHAT KEN CONRAD
 REQUESTED. ELEVATION CERTIFICATES ARE ONLY REQUIRED FOR
 PROPERTIES LOCATED IN A SPECIAL FLOOD ZONE. THIS
 PROPERTY IS NO LOCATED IN A FLOOD ZONE. ELEVATION
 CERTIFICATE IS NOT REQUIRED AND WILL NOT BE REVIEWED.
 CONTRACTOR TO SUBMITT "DRAINAGE CERTIFICATE" AS
 REQUESTED BY KEN CONRAD SHOWING THAT THE DRAIN SURFACE
 WATER IS KEPT WITHIN THE LOT AND IS DIVERTED TO AN
 APPROVED POINT OF COLLECTION. SEC. R401.3
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. NOTE: COORDINATE WITH KEN CONRAD
 (CHIEF BUILDING INSPECTOR).

 MATERIALS MAY RESULT IN NEW PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS.

 RE-SUBMITTAL FORM. PLEASE, ADDITIONALLY, INSERT
